    Well, I know in my case, I'm not going to the trouble of taking out a free trial if I then have to cancel it at a later date. I just listen on the radio for the games that aren't on Bally's. Again, I know there are a lot of people that hate having to go through the hassle of watching on another platform.

    Ummm, that is a false statement. I highly doubt he is in the minority. I know a LOT of people, regular watchers, that are not happy with the 7 games that won't be on Bally this season. My guess is it's the opposite way around.

    Ok, you picked runs per game and wRC+, where did they rank in EVERY other category, not just the ones you cherry picked to prove your point. That offense was average at best.

    Because it caused such drama in the clubhouse was not the reason for missing the playoffs, but psychologically, there was an effect for a few days, that can't be denied.

    Yeah, I totally disagree with you on this. Did you see the players reaction? Even CC's reaction at the time was not what I expected from the manager. David Stearns has admitted since that he had no idea it would effect the players like it did. That trade 100% had an effect on the clubhouse, I don't see how anyone can say otherwise.

    Looks like another one of those "drawn out of a hat" line-ups... We pretty much know our2-4, after that it's anyone's guess every single day. I bet the players hate that crap. This is nothing new, Counsell always employed the same strategy.

    Might have just dodged a major bullet there... Looked more like the forearm to me, not the elbow. If that is the case, and no fracture, we are still probably looking at a 10 day IL stint. Could have been worse.

    Paredes looks the part, but I doubt we would do that so soon. I don't trust Payamps at all. Koenig? Hudson? Probably a closer by committee is in our future.

    C'mon guys, Freddy just pitched 5 2/3 innings of one run baseball. He added 11 Ks to that effort. Yes, he struggled in the 6th, but the damage was minimal and they never scored. Being way too hard on the guy. I get it, we expect more from our "ace," but Freddy just isn't a true ace. Just because he is supposed to be our best starting pitcher doesn't mean he is an ace. Fact is, our offense is inept. This disgusting showing has nothing to do with Peralta. We are being no hit in the 7th inning after all...
