Reminds me of the Rose Bowl in 1994. My grandparents said that on New Year's Eve they drank the hotel bar completely dry by 9pm.

Senz only threw 26 pitches over two innings - not much arm stress. He could easily be available for 3-4 hitters.

Senzatela only threw 26 pitches yesterday over two innings. I could see him as an opener today to get through Caminero. Then after Caminero go to Drohan for hitters 5-9; I think Drohan has had some elbow soreness which is why he didn't finish the season strong and hasn't pitched much in the playoffs. Then once they get back to the top of the order, go to May. Then, see where things are at after 6.

If you go back one calendar year, over their last 12 games they are 7-5 with four of those five losses being to top-10 teams that year and none of those losses at Camp Randall.

I just checked and all flights from DEN to Tampa or Orlando are now over $1,000. Miles are over 100,000. Meanwhile, flights from Chicago are under $500. Unreal.

Keep in mind, they bought many of those players including Iamaleava, who was the #1 ranked QB in the portal, last year. And it could be strongly argued that their best win so far this year was against Wisconsin. And I'm not saying that's because Wisconsin is a great team. And it could be strongly argued that with even somewhat competent officiating, they don't beat Wisconsin.

And if the plan is to use Woody as an opener for G4 and maybe an emergency inning in G7, then it's a really good argument for Woody.

Look what UCLA's defense did to Oregon at Oregon the week before. ESPN's Football Power Index has UCLA's defense ranked #12. UCLA is also ranked #12 in the nation in rushing yards per game (231 yds/game) and that includes the 120 rushing yards that UW allowed - UW basically allowed half of the rushing yards that UCLA had been averaging. When you have a really good rushing attack and a really good defense, you're going to win a lot of games.

I'd argue that it's rather difficult for a 280+ lb person to stop themselves when running full-speed in one step. And trying to avoid the QB is a good way to blow out a knee. -

Hat tip to Denver International Airport and Delta for free wifi. And to me for sticking with YouTube TV. Was able to watch the first 2 innings before boarding the plane and then the rest of the game on the plane. Since I record all Brewers games YouTube TV allows me to start watching anywhere and skip through not only commercials but also between batters and pitches so that I could get caught up. Game finished about 5 or so minutes before I had to shut down the laptop for preparation for landing.
