    This Web site is amazing. I know I've learned a lot from reading and posting here over the last few years. It's to the point, that I can't really stand talking baseball anywhere else because comparatively, no one else seems to have the same level of knowledge and insight that the people here do. We're a special brand of nerds. I dig it. Exactly. All other boards are just child's play, "amateur hour".

    13-5 so far. 9 games left. How are we all looking? No record, I'm sticking with my original prediction from May... Cubs come to town for that last series of the month up by two games in the standings. It's a tied Central Division when they leave town.     I guess that's true. And Sabathia isn't stupid, he knows what each game means, so I can't see him doing something to get himself ejected. I'd be fine with a one-for-one beaning if that's all it comes down to.

    Will this damn work day ever be over?!?!?! I just want to get home, get ready for my trip down there tomorrow, then watch my Crew take another step towards first place.

    Why not? -- Please do not interpret this as snarky, but a lot of the Nedophiles do not try to argue in the manner that BUC does. Basically I just don't like to argue, I guess. Even if it's a civilized argument like the ones on this board. SOME of the Yost haters (not necessarily on this board) out there have made up their mind the guy's an idiot and no matter what you say, it's not going to change their mind. I wouldn't call myself pro-Yost, definitely not anti-Yost. He's our manager, it is what it is. Accept it, move on, and cheer for the guys on the field. The players like him and are playing hard for him, so the guy must be doing something right. I also think things go on in the dugout that we will never know about that may influence his decisions. So as a rule, I usually give any manager/coach the benefit of the doubt.

    A little worried the Brewers might get baited into a bean brawl tonight. With Sabathia on the mound I would tend to doubt that. As dumb as some think Yost is, he's not going to risk getting Sabathia ejected in stupid bean ball brawl. If the Cards have a problem with what Billy did, they shouldn't have given him those pitches to crush. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

    We have to wait almost 8 more hours for this game? I don't know how I'm going to make it thru the day.

    What I hope to see is the disk he will get after his game behind the plate. The newer parks have this electronic umpire system, I forget what it's actually called. Miller Park has one, I assume Busch does as well. But he will get a disk of the entire game after he is done. It will chart every pitch for him and tell him if he called the pitches correctly. If I get to see it, I'll post the results.

    I also love how big of an idiot Richard Justice looks right now. Yeah Richard the Brewers look to have major chemistry issues to me too. I was thinking that same thing. Where is that guy now? Clubhouse problems, my butt. Sure looked like they had issues last night, when Billy came back to the dugout and all his teammates shunned him. Oh wait, they didn't?

    Braun hasn't done anything in this series yet, and they won both games. Also a .500 record on the road. Did you see the dugout when Billy got back there tonight?
