as a huge Duke fan, I was elated to see that they won, although I am upset I didn't DVR the end of the game (I was following it on my phone in bed). I'm sure there were some questionable calls towards the end in Duke's favor, but the fact that they hung in there and battled back is encouraging, win or lose. UNC is still the better team, and will probably win in Durham next month, but still a great win and hopefully something they can build on. Glad Georgetown lost though, which helps out Marquette as they try to finish 2nd in the Big East.

there are so many horrible teams that tanking wouldn't get them a top 5 pick. so it's really not worth tanking, because the 16th pick is just as "hit or miss" as the 10th pick will be. if they want to acquire some big pieces for the furture, they will have to do so via trades (acquiring draft picks)

Some people love Fringe, some dont like it at all. I would start with a show like that, so if you don't like it, you can move onto the next one. I would save the shows that are more of a "sure thing" for later... John Noble makes the show "Fringe", along with Peter Jackson. The actress who plays Olivia was terrible in season 1, but has gotten better at acting with each season. I was really worried Fringe was going to stink this year, but it's been awesome.

Irving has a better FG% and 3pt FG%, but Jennings has the edge in PPG, Assist/TO ratio and steals. But yeah, pretty close. It is cool to see Jennings may have better stats than Deron Williams though... Has anyone ever had a phone interview with someone from HR at a company you currently work for? (An internal position) If so, would it be any different than an interview they conduct with someone outside the company? Do they ask the same questions? Any insight or tips would be much appreciated.

Yeah great win for MU, but they need to stop getting off to such slow starts. They should get off to an 8-2 start in conference before their schedule really gets tough.

i thought about that too Nottso, but that means you have to convince 2 people instead of only 1. So although instead of needing 100% of the arbiters (1/1) as opposed to 67% (2/3), I still think only needing 1 yes outweighes the percentage difference. but that's just my opinion...

I didn't see the injury, but did he roll an ankle? I know he's injury-proned but some of it is just bad luck, especially that elbow injury

Yeah, the delay was so long Bogut was more laughing about it than angry at the call. But then again, I'm sure he sees this kind of bad officiating in favor of the superstars all the time, so I doubt he's all that surprised.

but you don't since they aren't on during the same time. The choice is 30 rock and BBT which isn't as easy, although BBT always wins and i double back to 30 rock on the dvr. i did like gabe and ryan trying to suck up to Robert, dont want to say more to not ruin it. I DVR them both and usually only have.time to watch 1 before bed.

I hate to burst your bubble but they're 4-6 playing one of the easiest schedules in the NBA. They've beaten 1-9 Washington, 3-7 Minnesota, 7-4 San Antonio and 2-9 Detroit. They've lost to 2-9 Charlotte, 7-4 Denver, 6-4 Utah, 4-6 Phoenix, 4-7 Sacramento and 5-3 Los Angeles. I meant they are undefeated at home and windless on the road. I probably should have used a shade @of blue

That entire play that sealed the game (ending with a leuer dunk) was an awesome play. At their current pace, the bucks will finish. 500.

So Cleo does have lymphoma. Cleo had a really crappy life until she came to our home and I just wish we could have given her like 5 years of living the good life, instead of 1.5-2. She is around 6 years old. Our plan is to give her prednisone to delay the spread and to keep her comfortable, until it’s time to put her down. At least we have been able to bring plenty of joy to her life and she has certainly done the same for us. Our string of bad luck with animals dying early will continue, but life will go on, and we will make sure to enjoy our time left with her.
