Just go with a regular starting pitcher. Start Quintana, see if he can go 5 or 6. Obviously, if he falters, then you have to go to Plan B and use a bunch of relievers.
Then tomorrow, either start Miz and see how long he can go, or if you want an opener, do that and then let Miz go as long as he can.
We don't have aces as our #3 and #4 like the Dodgers do, but they are still viable starting pitchers (I'm admittedly not sold on Miz yet, but he has shown he can give you bunch of innings when he's doing well). I would just try to get as much as you can out of them so you have some arms left for Game 5 if you get that far.
Obviously the calculus changes with a loss tonight. I'd still go with my plan, but be much more willing to use everyone tomorrow.
