  1. I honestly don't know why people want more punting but to each his own.
  2. great! more high leverage plays the better.
  3. can't play scared. it was 4th and 1 not 4th and 6.
  4. lol Guys, they are double digit underdogs.
  5. We have gotten carry-out from there quite a bit. Very good Neopolitan-style pizza. Speaking of pizza, I could use some additional Milwaukee recommendations. A few we've tried below (FYI there's "pizza" thread somewhere around here): Balistreri's (68th St in Wauwatosa) - tavern-style thin crust, "Milwaukee style" some people might call it. This is my favorite pizza in town. I love eating at the restaurant - old school charm with Christmas lights up all year long. Get the deep-fried eggplant + marinara appetizer. San Giorgio Pizzeria Napoletana (downtown Milwaukee) - they literally brought a dude over from Italy just to make the pizza. Great place to go before an event at Fiserv. Next door to Calderone Club (same owner, I believe). Transfer (Mitchell and KK near the bus "transfer") - We got this for carryout a few times and I wasn't a huge fan but then I went in with friends a few times to dine in and enjoyed it. I guess it didn't travel well? They just bought an old bus and turned it into an outdoor dining space. Good place to take the family in the summer I'd imagine. Sorella (Bayview) - a nice Italian restaurant that also serves pizza. The pies are decent, IMO. I prefer their entrees. I want to try: Flour Girl and Flame (West Allis). I love Detroit style and they have a special every wednesday but I haven't made it there yet. They were profiled on Wisconsin Foodie (as was San Giorgio I think).
  6. He's a rookie WR who missed three games due to injury (probably should have been four) and when he came back he was playing behind Watson, Reed, and (to a lesser extent) Doubs. Emeke Egbuka who was drafted ahead of Golden had a similar season minus the injury. Not necessarily similar statistically, but he started off on fire and then was basically the 3rd receiver by the end of the year when Evans and Godwin were both on the field.
  7. He just signed a $93 million extension w IU.
  8. I think Cignetti has a great eye for talent too.
  9. Indiana's transfer portal ranking in 2025 was 25th.
  10. That's what you get for punting, Oregon
  11. are they actually cheap when it comes to coaching salaries? is that a real thing? I remember the scuttlebutt about the special teams coach a few years ago but is that true across the rest of the staff?
  12. I haven't followed recruiting in a long time (I quit when I got legit mad at an 18-year-old for flipping to MSU and decided I had issues), but is it possible you can play a moneyball game with NIL? So don't spend much on recruiting high school kids but use it for proven commodities or highly ranked recruits that maybe didn't pan our their first year or two?
  13. Jon Eric Sullivan hired as Miami GM.
  14. DVOA takes that into account.
  15. Seems positive right now. I'll be interested to see where things stand once the dust settles.
  16. Any book that takes money is an actual sportsbook.
  17. Is the DL thinner than it was a few weeks ago?
  18. 1983 Redskins! https://youtu.be/XrSOf27sDwQ?si=DPs1qtW5DyiM4D75
  19. and I think they'll be the underdog. Really the pressure is all on Chicago.
  20. I said that after the Wyatt injury. Little did I know it was going to get much worse :😂
  21. The Lions blew that drive so badly. Wow. Maybe run the ball?
