  1. without all the drops Love would probably be having a great game
  2. look like it might be pretty windy today. May impact the deep passing game.
  3. OK here's where we make our move.
  4. Obviously my predicted score was a joke but I thought there was a good chance it'd be relatively low scoring. Maybe IU scores 28 points here in the 2nd half but as I said before last week UW's defense has been playing better going back to the Ohio State game (score didn't reflect it there).
  5. Badgers 5, IU 3 Book it.
  6. There is more to it, particularly regarding the state, but that's probably as far as we should take the discussion, as it will more than likely veer off into political madness..
  7. It's a long ways away but I'll bet there is still something on the line for them. The NFC is gonna be a dogfight for that #1 seed (and probably 2, 3, 4 seeds too) between DET, PHI, LAR, and SEA
  8. That's pretty cool. I went to a Packer game there in 2009. I didn't realize they had built so much since then.
  9. Is it your contention that leaving the parking lot empty for 3/4 of the year (probably more since it's rarely if ever full for games) is a better use of the land?
  10. Incoming 3TD 3INT game for Jameis
  11. Not sure it's been mentioned but some info on compensation if he signs elsewhere: https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6800104/2025/11/12/mlb-offseason-trades-starting-pitching-general-manager-meetings/
  12. The Niners average 3.5 yards per carry. They are last in the NFL in rushing.
  13. I think when you have a mediocre offensive line, you can get by with elite play by the QB. You can get elite play from a good but not elite QB when he has all his weapons. Love was OK last night but missed some throws that someone like Mahomes might make. He also had some drops by guys that were WRs but converted to DB but then converted back to WR because of injuries. The issue I have with MLF is his insistence on running the same offense with less effective skill position players. It ain't working, dude. He was so good at designing a really creative running offense when Malik Willis was in there. You can't watch Jacobs get 3.5 yards per carry and be satisfied.
  14. I could but I do not want the guys around me feeling insecure. 😁
  15. I love artic blasts that pass through the state right before I attend a Packer game.
  16. Tear down the goal posts!
  17. Weather aside this is a very good defensive effort against a good offense.
  18. I honestly don't remember anyone saying anything about Chryst's recruiting until that Jesse Temple article came out after he was fired. Recruiting and development are two different things. If you want to say that Chryst didn't develop that's fine but that isn't necesarily bad recruiting.
  19. Yeah but when you recruit to the spread offense and then pivot back to a traditional offense you're going to be hosed personnel wise.
  20. We watched The Baltimorons last week. It was very reminiscent of small-budget, independent movies of the early 2000s - no-name actors, some laughs, and some heart. Neat to see Jay Duplass go back to his roots.
  21. First off, I think you guys are really making Chryst's recruiting classes worse than they were. Yeah not great classes for sure but not bottom of the Big Ten. Secondly, Fickell's classes haven't been amazing. I think the bulk of the problem with Fickell is a horrendous hire at OC. I can't say I hated it when he hired Longo, but it turned out to be horrible. I don't know how they'd be if they'd have hired some ground and pound OC right out of the gate but I bet they'd be tracking for more than 2 wins this year. Now you're in a hole that is going to be really difficult to climb out of. It's almost like starting over. So do we give him three or four more years recruiting to the new offense? I will say the defense is at least putting in an effort the last few weeks. The offense is just putrid.
