We usually have a Summerfest lineup, but thought I'd make a thread for every festival/concert this summer. The Lollapalooza lineup is pretty sick. Unfortunately, tickets sold out in about an hour. I think I may have gotten the last one available for Friday. The secondary market is usually about double face value. http://lineup.lollapalooza.com/ Summerfest's lineup is again all over the place as their thing is more music for everyone rather than one genre. http://summerfest.com/lineup The side stages look really intriguing this year at the Fest. Grouplove, MGMT, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Silverspun Pickups, Guster, Dropkick Murphys, and Imagine Dragons are all shows I'd see. I'm sure three of those bands will be playing at the same time though On the main stage, Avett Brothers is the only show I'd care about.

T-Plush Redux - the guy you hate on everyone else's team but love him on yours.

    Woo hoo!

    This thread will be annoying.

I'm with splitter. Not a fan of ranking guys so high when they haven't swung a bat in the minors. And to even bring up Strasburg (a once a decade type prospect) is silly.

I have no problems with Amy. I would, however, have a problem with a ripped dude wearing a tanktop sitting in the same seat.

Maybe wait until mid season for your Debbie Downer post. Hope springs attorney!!!

Ash confirms the Roache speculation in this thread: Ash said outfielder Victor Roache, a first-round draft pick in 2012, remained in extended camp while recovering from a slight hamstring strain. Roache, who didn't play after signing because of a broken wrist, will report to Class A Wisconsin when ready to play.

Wow. I didn't see it live and didn't want to watch replays and now I'm glad I didn't. My friend and I were wondering how it could be worse than Theisman. It's worse. That still photo was enough for me. No need to see it. Although I am interested in how it happened...wasn't he by himself?

Gomez was quoted earlier this spring that he needed to get on base more often and be more selective at the plate.

I think the real question is whether or not Buzz allows Otule to have a 6th year.

That Wisconsin team is going to be very intriguing once Roache gets there. Looking forward to the season.

Tom Crean is just an awful game coach. I bet all they do at Indiana's practices is scrimmage.

I haven't read through the whole thread but has anyone considered that Lohse's success in STL was due to a really good infield defense? I wonder how the Brewers infield will affect his numbers.

I seriously doubt the Brewers would trade Davis with rumors of another Braun investigation in the works....at least I hope they wouldn't.
  16. homer
Agreed. It'd be nice if there was one thing that combined the strengths of all three but that thing does not exist....until Amazon buys Netflix.

Get ready for a bunch of posts in blue. I'm with you. Go Brewers.
  18. homer
I'm sort of indifferent to the trade - loathe giving up the pick, but Lohse makes this year's team better. I'm just predicting who I think the crowds will jump on.
  19. homer
Lohse will absolutely be the whipping boy if he posts higher than a 3.80 ERA. It will rain boos in Miller Park the likes of which we haven't heard since Gagne was up on the mound blowing saves.

Wow, really? I had no idea.

I'd like to add a resounding "harumph!".

    The original six!

Prime + Netflix + Hulu is about as good as you can do. With a Roku player you can play all three on your TV.
  24. homer
    really?
  25. homer
Is it Jurgen or is it the players? It seems like there's been a lot of entitled brats on that squad for years. Admittedly, I only follow the team at arm's length so I could be totally off.
