    I sat through a few games like this at the ballpark last year,seems whenever i went the team was lucky to score one run.It's a complete yawner sitting in the park,nothing to do except buy more five dollar beers to keep you from falling asleep.

    I think it's huge that Davis is pitching well again this year.He pitched good so long last year that it couldnt really be labeled a fluke,but i still did have some concern he could regress a bit.

    I turn on the game and 2 minutes later Branyan steps to the plate,only bad thing is i missed his first bomb,it looked like a monster.

    I thought we were toast when DLR came in showing no control,i would have bet anything he would walk a few guys that inning. Thankfully we won,after blowing countless scoring chances,that would have been a tough loss.Then again the Cubs were one strike from winning in the 9th,Overbay was a bit luckt to hit that double.

    This start is the story of Wood's career Filthy stuff,but command is very erratic.At this point in his career,its hard to ever see him finding the control needed to be as good as his arm.

    Clark got picked off first and Nedly tried a hit and run with Miller on secondbase and Capuano at the plate.He swung and missed at the pitch and Miller was out by 10 feet.

    Could have just been nerves that first inning.Cappy has good stuff,he just needs to stay healthy.I dont see a better starter on our tean besides Sheets/Davis.

    I read it's pretty much a given he'll go back into the draft.Seems incredibly foolish that he wasted a year of his career and i highly doubt he'll get the money he wants when drafted this time. So what's the thoughts on him?Do he plunge deep into the first round?Any chance the Brewers would consider him?I know Boras is like kryptonite,but you gotta think Drew wouldn't be crazy enough to sit out 2 years in a row.
