    That's like asking what was wrong with the horse and carriage. Innovation is always a good thing. New ideas and competition breed better products. Google is the search I will use before and after cuil, but I have no problem with people trying to come up with a better option.

    Since we aren't that far away at this point, I figured I'd go ahead and make a thread for the Olympics this year. One thing standing out right now - Michael Redd's 6-8 shooting tonight (against Canada in an exhibition), all on 3 pointers. I really think he could be a key cog in the process of getting the Americans the gold in basketball. I hope he keeps it up in that role. He could really step up and give the US team what they haven't had in recent years - a deep shooting specialist.
