    The thing is, even when McGehee was "hot" for a week or whatever, he still wasn't hitting the ball with any authority. All of his hits were singles.

    I think the "argument" of whether walking is a skill is pretty much settled by looking at how many players do it consistently, year in and year out.

    This is so frustrating to watch. The Prince Fielder Era in MKE ends in a few months, and the organization is seemingly content to just sit tight with garbage players up and down the roster. Even in the cases when replacements are in the system. I've been a Melvin supporter/defender/apologist from day one, but this year is changing that. Almost all of the issues that made me think this was an 80-83 win team prior to the season are still there and just as bad.

    Yeah, a guy with no utility is not the type you'd want as a utility player.

    I was around for Stubbs. I was born in '84, so those early 90's teams were the first ones I really remember.

    I definitely thought of Berry, as well, but I guess I give him some credit for having some solid years before he got to Milwaukee. Absolutely brutal, though.

    I'd be fine with Green, too. I pretty much have an Anybody But McGehee stance at this point. Just very, very thankful they resisted the urge to give him a contract in the offseason.

    I honestly believe him to be the worst non-catcher to play every day for the Brewers in my lifetime.

    Absolutely one of the worst handled players in team history. It'd be great to get him back.

    The team defense is going to be bad regardless of who plays 3B, so I'd lean toward helping the offense. They have major issues there.

    I went on Sunday to see Alejandro Escovedo and The Jayhawks. Absolutely fantastic to see The Jayhawks back. Amazing night. Granted, all of the earlier acts sucked, and I sat front row center the entire time, but it ended up being worth it.

    THIS is where it's at. <<<<<<< IV. Stylin', profilin', jet flyin', limousine ridin', kiss stealin' son of a gun. In no way can Mongo McMichael be considered a Horseman. Awful. I could see using the Malenko/Benoit/Flair/Arn one, but not Mongo. He was brutally bad. nWo was obviously incredible. But just with the originals.
