  1. This pretty much sums up my frustration as well...this team could be better with just a few cheap replacements for some horrible players. It wouldn't have helped tonight...Wolf is still a legit starter and no one would pull Rickie or Braun for bad D, it's just part of their package...but throwing Yuni out there everyday and relying on Kotsay is just raising the white flag. At least they seeto have found something in Tony Plush. Despite the vent (always a little emotional after a loss to the evil ones)...I still think we win the series and are 5-5 heading on the road.
  2. If nothing comes from this other than the realization that Kotsay is 5 years past his expiration date...it would be a huge win.
  3. So painful...I finally had to go to Ueck & Cory on my phone with the Cubs picture. Took a while to sync up, but it's working now...much less aggravating. Those guys are horrible.
  4. Marshall made that look easy against 3 righties. Ugh
  5. I fully blame Tyler Barnes for tweeting about the lack of errors the Brewers have had this year for tonight's defensive blunders. Not to mention their defense has been horrible all year despite the lack of "errors".
  6. Byrd & Soto have a good history vs. Wolf...it would be good to get ARam here.
  7. It's on 738 & 738-1 on DTV, but my guess is that's the Cubs feed. joe is spot on...last year they would pick up the WMLW feed, this year that's twice they haven't. Despite the craptastic picture, anything would beat the Cubs announcers. These blackout rules are so arcane.
  8. Dear Ron It's spelled P-L-U-S-H...write it down. SoCal PS...note to the Wisconsin State Troopers...please take care of Wisconsin's budget deficit this weekend by pulling over every drunk with Illinois plates on the 94.
  9. I'm neither a doctor nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but Corey has never seemed like a soft guy. He seems pretty competitive and probably wants to be out there more than anything right now. I'm more concerned they have missed something and his injury is worse than they originally thought.
  10. That may have been the best podcast I've ever heard...Homer and Plush are a great match. If I hear the "Tony Tony" chant at the game I think my head might explode from the excitement.
  11. Phew once again...could use a few of those blowout wins from last year just for my heart's sake! A win vs. Braves and Reds losing to 'stros feels like 4 wins! Now let's pound the Cubs and take the Tony Plush show on the road!!!
  12. Anyone else ordered a custom shirt off the Brewers website using the"design your own"? I ordered a Rickie Weeks one 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't come in...otherwise I might get me a gentleman's shirt to go with it.
  13. If this keeps up, ESPN may be running infomercials on Sunday nights this summer.
  14. It all evens out...lazy singles find holes then a bullet gets hit right to Rickie for the DP.
  15. Who would have thought one week into the season that Nyjer Morgan would have been their best off season acquisition.
  16. I'm with you Gorman...Cuzzi is the worst. I give the Brewers a better chance of having someone tossed than winning...and Marcum thought he got pinched in Cincy?
