  1. Lucky that woman had a bra on because that would have been a flashing lol.
  2. And it won’t be below 80 until after the game. Welcome to the desert!
  3. I don’t think there is a fix for 3B in the trade market. The Brewers will have to improve at another position. I suggested Wilson Contreras and then move Chourio to CF and the Mitchell in RF with Bauers taking over at LF. Something like that is probably your best solution. Vaughn probably has very limited trade value as a 1B only. So you are looking at getting someone similar to Joey Ortiz at 3B as your return if you are trading Vaughn for a replacement at 3B. Better to find value somewhere else.
  4. Not having a better option than Perkins on the bench for a LHP. Frelick shouldn't be seeing LHP and neither should Mitchell but unfortunately there is only 1 RHB on the bench who can play all three OF spots. Bauers would be better to have but I can see why they may want to give him a day off here and there. Either Mitchell or Frelick need to go down to the minors and I would prefer Frelick to go down as Mitchell provides more power.
  5. Crazy game!!! Down 4-0 in the third period and now tied 4-4!!!
  6. Pitcher looked scared to throw a strike to Ortiz.
  7. If Bauers continues to play like he has the rest of the year he is going to get paid and I hope its not the Brewers.
  8. From what I have heard the Brewers don’t believe he will be available with their second pick. He is ranked lower on the lists compared to how teams see him. Just what I have heard.
  9. Don’t be surprised if it is Trey Ebel. There are some whispers that the Brewers could draft him with their first pick. It is unlikely he will be available for their second round pick and I have heard the Brewers really like him.
  10. I will put my list in a tier system. Bobby Witt Jr multiple years of control type: Made, Pratt, Pena, Fischer, Letson Skubal rental type: Williams, Lara, Quero, Dinges, Adamczewski, Adams, Payne, Ebel
  11. Well at least we know Frelick is good at something and that something is grounding out but hey at least he battles up there and doesn’t strike out a lot!
  12. Why are we pinch hitting for Mitchell when automatic out getter Frelick keeps on weakly grounding out to SS or 2B? It doesn’t make any sense to pinch hit for Mitchell while let me roll a ground ball to an infielder is in the lineup.
  13. PFF stats for Verse Far better than Gary. While the sack numbers are not there yet his total pressures, hits and hurries suggest he should have had more sacks. He is also not just a pass rusher but more of a complete player. You can play him on running downs and not be worried about him being a liability out there.
  14. If Giannis is traded it sounds like it will be to Miami. Something like Herro and picks for Giannis is the current rumor.
  15. I posted this yesterday in the media links and Bauers has changed his stance which maybe the reason he is having more success but who knows really.
  16. SpaceX will probably follow most IPO’s blowup the first few weeks to a month and then come tumbling down afterwards. I’ll probably wait a year which I have to anyways. I missed out on the ARM IPO and I couldn’t buy because of restrictions of possible insider trading.
  17. Garrett trade is far better for the Browns than Parsons was for the Cowboys. Verse feels like the Browns get a better second first round pick than what the Cowboys received.
  18. A really good trade by the Browns for once. They get immediate and future help. Now will they draft the right guys who knows.
  19. Myles Garrett traded to the Rams. 2027 1st round pick, 2028 2nd round, 2029 3rd round and Jared Verse going back to the Browns. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7318004/2026/06/01/myles-garrett-traded-browns-rams/?source=user_shared_article&unlocked_article_code=1.m1A.vHCz.nD2EUyU9P0ry ****edit*** added in the other picks 2nd and 3rd round picks that were just updated in the deal. All pending physicals.
  20. If the only positive of a player is being a nuisance at the plate then there really isn't a positive. Just because you are not striking out doesn't mean you are positively impacting the game. Weak contact is weak contact and Frelick is full of weak contact. If you are just being a nuisance at the plate and are not actually getting on base then your nuisance isn't helping the team at all. Here's some more advanced stats for Frelick: Frelick is absolutely awful and there is nothing positive that he is bringing to the team other than base running and well you need to get on base for that to be a positive. So even his positive is not even seen by the team because he can't get on base. His BB% is only up 0.8 from last year and while he doesn't strike out a lot he is not doing anything with those non strike outs. Then you have his quality of contact again another negative for him. Just because someone see's a lot of pitches that doesn't mean it is a positive. Seeing a lot of pitches is just seeing a lot of pitches. If that is what mattered then yes Frelick would be a great player, unfortunately you can't score runs or get on base by seeing a lot of pitches. You actually have to do something with the bat to do that and Frelick has been failing at producing anything positive with the bat. There is not much value for Frelick as a trade asset you may get a reliever for him but that's about all you are going to get. Frelick offensively this year is the equivalent of Joey Ortiz's 2025 season. What would you give up for that?
  21. There is no cap without a floor so I really care about the floor. I don't see the large market teams giving up their advantage without the floor so the floor it is.
