    If you remove the first three you won’t get Miller. You will need to include one of the first three. Then three more from the remaining. The current rumors state no one is willing to meet this asking price.

    I think we can eliminate Miller as a trade possibility. The current rumor is that the Padres want 4 top 10 prospects. Unless you want to give up 4 of these top 10 Made, Pena, Adamczewski, Jett, Fischer, Payne, Hardin, Letson, Knoth and Frias. I don’t see any team coming close to giving up two let alone four of their top 10 prospects. Miller is not going to be traded if the Padres insist on this as a return.

    Not that I have seen. The rate hike is long overdue though.

    I think they increase the roster size to 28-30 players in the next CBA and expand the 40-man to 45-50. This then gives the players more revenue and gives teams more flexibility. I think they will also reduce how many times you can shuttle someone from MLB to the minors.

    MLB assigns the affiliates to a MLB club. The only contract that is signed is between MLB and the MiLB organizations. MLB will determine where each MiLB team will be an affiliate of. The only exception is if a MLB club owns or is a partial owner of a MiLB club. For example Wilson will always be associated with the Brewers as the Brewers have ownership stake in the club.

    The Brewers definitely lose Nashville even if the city keeps the AAA team. I don't see MLB allowing another team to have a AAA team in a MLB city. There will also be some contraction in the minors and I wouldn't be surprised after contraction MiLB looks something like this: The DSL becomes the new low A, the spring training facilities become the new High A and then you have AA and AAA. The low A and High A would have far shorter seasons. Wilson moves to AA and Appleton to AAA or vice versa. That would then open up more teams for the new AA and AAA who were either in low A high A or AA to move to AA or AAA. I think MLB will start eliminating some of the cities that haven't invested in new stadiums or facilities to be eliminated from MiLB. This would probably be the dream MLB scenario but I think in the end they only eliminate low A from MiLB.

    I took this article serious until this part. Yelich is not an OF he is a DH only at this point in his career. The Brewers tend to agree with this statement as he has only played 11 innings in the OF this season. Yelich is an emergency OF and by emergency I mean if the Brewers are down to Sanchez or Yelich playing in the OF kind of an emergency.

    It would take a Made+ type of a deal to get the Nationals to move Abrams. Which I don’t see the Brewers doing. Abrams isn’t worth that type of a trade.

    I never want to see Packers fans crying how poor the team is financially. They have a net income of $132.5mm. Such a poor franchise what are they ever are going to do!!!

    How about Pena for Eduardo Quintero. The Dodgers have a glut of OF prospects and the Brewers have a glut of IF prospects. Kind of a perfect match here.

    LOL no. A reliever even one as good as Miller is not worth trading that many prospects.

    Yes and no. It hasn’t happened for a few days. I don’t see ads but the site will fail to load sometimes. The error being please disable the ad blocker. It hasn’t happened in a few days so maybe it’s fixed.

    It’s the Tigers who probably asked on them. Current rumor is they want an MLB pitcher back in return for Skubal. I would be fine giving up Henderson he just seems like a ticking time bomb on when he will be injured again. Not sure I would give him up for about a half of a year of Skubal.

    SPCX is a speculative investment. In 20-30 years it could be one of the richest companies in the world if there is a leap in space technology. Theoretically any mission to Mars will include SPCX. Realistically a Mars mission is dependent on a base on the moon. SPCX again would be involved in that. Then you have asteroid mining which again yes you guessed it would involve SPCX. This is all speculative for future revenue growth as of right now it is just putting satellites into space for SPCX.

    The Angels don’t see themselves as a rebuilding club. Moreno actually won’t even use that word and won’t allow his GM to do that. If the Angels were a true rebuilding club they would have moved more of their assets that have value already. They haven’t done this and probably never will as long as Moreno is the owner of the Angels.

    Minor league contraction won’t happen until MLB adds two new teams. Low A is the one that will be removed. The Brewers will also likely lose Nashville as a minor league affiliate and possibly Biloxi depending on which cities MLB chooses for expansion. My bet is on Nashville and Austin as the new MLB cities. I think Portland is out of the running with them not willing to negotiate with the Trailblazers in the NBA for a new arena or an update to the current one. Once the Rays have their stadium situation sorted out expect MLB to go full blast on adding the two new teams. MiLB contraction will occur then along with some realignment.
