    Sometime when I click on the baseball icon next to a new thread, i am taken to a blank screen with the page numbers listed at the top. I can then navigate to a previous page and then go forward, but that loses the new post baseball label. This happens more often in certain threads (Random Thoughts and What's Bugging You), but lately it's been happening on more and more threads - most recently the In Game Thread for tomorrow's game.

    As noted in the trading post, bobbles are being given out one per person, not one per ticket. I guess a lot of minor league teams do it that way. I'll be there with sgtcluels and a buddy as well as my dad and brother. We're hoping to do a mini tailgate before the game, even though it will be freezing. No better way to prepare for Brewers opening day!

    check out stubhub. There are a lot of tickets on there for Saturday, and prices seem to be dropping.

    That's the only option I know of. MLB, to my knowledge, won't allow local stations to broadcast games online.

    Blue Jays fans are in poor form. Throwing things on the field - the Tigers' manager pulled the team from the field for awhile.

    Right now there are 2 of us in the chat room, but if you visit the main forum page it says "0 users currently chatting." I'm hoping this can get fixed, as it will likely discourage people from using chat.

    just asked the boyfriend, and he says it looks legit. It's located in Ohio though, so I don't know how much it would cost to ship.

    finally realized that all brewers games are blacked out on mlb.tv if you're in the milwaukee area. I guess I'll have to resort to drinking tonight.

    In the Major League forum there was a mention of the game being on mlb.tv for free tonight. I just went to mlb.tv and just get subscription information. Is there a way to see the game for free?

    maybe MLB Extra Innings? On another note, why doesn't anyone use the chat room anymore?

    Check with the tech department at UW-Madison. Many universities offer students a CD with free software on it, including updated virus protection. That was my experience at UWSP and UWM.

    lodiness - what crazy casino rules are you talking about? We were considering staying in one of the casino hotels b/c it's more upscale without the crazy price of the Hilton. It would be nice to be walking distance to the park, but I'm completely comfortable with public transportation so as long as I'm by the train station I don't really care. My plan is to park the car at the hotel when we get there and never move it again until we leave. Tristar - I know what you mean. I got a pair of tickets to 3 different games, 2 in the 300's and 1 in the 200's, the day that single game tickets went on sale, and my total bill was about $300.

    I'll take any of your advice too, as sgt and I are heading down for the last series of the season. For sure, wear your Brewers stuff....Cards fans wear their stuff at Miller Park, why should it be any different? And as a side note - Cards tickets are expensive! Marquee pricing for every weekend game too.

    If you get there early, try the ticket window anyway. I went to a "sold out" cubs game in Mesa a few years ago, and they released a couple hundred additional lawn seats about 90 minutes before game time. As always, try to find people that aren't "professional" scalpers. My dad and I had the same issue at Tempe Diablo stadium a couple years ago, and we found a really nice guy in an Angels shirt looking to get rid of tickets....he actually gave them to us for free b/c they had been comped by the team. Scalpers at Tempe and Mesa seem to think they can get $50/ticket for ST games.

    I think that was FSN's issue, not Time Warner's issue. I believe FSN-HD has a lot more games this year.

    If the event was witnessed by their child and the child's friend, i'm guessing the woman ended up on the ground. The question is if she was put there by force.

    my season tickets (full season) came on Saturday. No metavante passes yet.
