I do agree something like this should have happened. That’s the sensible conclusion right? But if there were any Patriots fans on BF, you know they’d be responding with ‘They just hate us cuz they ain’t us.’
-
The actual act doesn’t bother me either until you add the possibility of human trafficking. Normally, I hate the NFL’s kangaroo court, but I’m shocked that Kraft wasn’t penalized by the NFL. Ben Roethlisberger was never convicted of a sex crime either, but was still suspended for 4 games (and that was before society’s heightened sensitivity to those types of incidents).

4th amendment should protect everyone. It absolutely should, but most people don’t have the means to mount a rigorous defense so they settle for the plea deal. I’m a HUGE libertarian (not getting political ... just pointing out that I value individual liberty more than your average person) and I hate that Kraft got away with scuzzy behavior. I know the Constitution is hardly a technicality, but c’mon.
-
When I looked at the box score, that was my first thought.
-
Speaking of Bob Kraft - did his off season shenanigans just disappear? Must be nice to have that kind of money.
-
Brown will have a good year. The Patriots will win the Super Bowl again. Brown will sign elsewhere next year and ... wait for it ... the Patriots will receive a comp pick for their trouble. Book it.
-
Unbelievable.
-
What are the odds Antonio Brown is a Patriot in a few weeks?

There’s a pretty neat video on Packers.com where Rodgers gives MLF the game ball. My favorite part was just before that when the team is chanting ‘JK, JK, JK.’ How often does a team cheer the punter in the locker room? Good to see him get some recognition for last night’s performance.

I wouldn’t call the OL or Lane Taylor a weakness. Cut them some slack, it was a tough front 7. If Jenkins replaces Taylor it will probably be because the rookie earned it, not because Taylor’s play is inadequate.
-
They were fortunate to get out of Chicago relatively healthy. Now they can rest and watch the Vikings get beat up on Sunday. Big intangible.
-
Jimmy Graham is leading the league in touchdowns.
-
Might be the jets game they won 9-0 in 2010. Losing Nick Collins was huge. They never recovered.
-
Looks like the Packers have the better safety. Ha ha.
-
Yeah, the boos surprised me. Harsh.
-
rookie mistake. won't be his last this year. I didn’t like it, but I didn’t hate it. Give the D a break when the Bears are moving the ball.
-
He’s the 4th CB. I can live with that.
-
He is so allergic to possibly throwing an interception that he constantly eats it. It's infuriating. And it's only gotten worse as he's gotten older. I’d agree with you in a normal week, but this Bears D is elite. Offense has an advantage over the D as the game goes on. Live to fight another play.
-
The Bears defense is just good. Can’t take too much away from this game.
-
Not that it's all that relevant, but you gotta read up on the Ray Lewis situation a bit closer. Lewis pretty clearly did not murder anyone. He lied and obstructed justice...but he definitely didn't "murder" anyone. Right, and I always throw my suit in the dumpster when I don’t murder anyone (sarcasm). JK, I’ll take your word for it. I just found his inclusion an odd choice, given the cloud that surrounds him.
-
I vaguely remember that, Ryan had a decent year in GB, if I recall correctly.
-
In that 100 moments in 100 seconds montage, I counted only 2 references to the Packers (Vince, Starr). 3 if you count Elway in XXXII. A guy who probably murdered someone (Lewis) was shown over Favre and Rodgers.
-
Who is no. 89? (sarcasm)
-
In defense of MLF, the Bears didn’t play a lot of starters in the preseason either.
-
At least they had positive yardage on that third drive.
