STOKED FOR THIS TEAM! This will be a fun team to watch this season.
  2. Kelbysdaddy
Ok guys, what is the plan?

If you buy the ticket pack and an opening day ticket, will they hold the Lucroy bobble? Last year we got the scooter but they open had like 4 people show up for opening day last year.
  4. Kelbysdaddy
Have you guys ordered your tickets yet?

Hannibal. He would find out why jigsaw is trying to kill him, turn it around on him and convince him to kill himself.
  6. Kelbysdaddy
I'm definitely in! It worked out nicely last year.

    Here are axfords picks http://www.theplayerstribune.com/how-to-pitch-a-perfect-game-at-your-oscar-party/

How is the Lego movie not nominated for animated feature? Also, everyone knows the 2 best movies of last year were guardians of the galaxy and John wick. The people that put this stuff together are dumb.

Looks like the more expensive tickets for the star wars night are sold out also.
  10. Kelbysdaddy
I got my tickets for the star wars night. I will have one extra if someone wants to trade a uecker for it.

A 9 man bullpen? That leaves only 3 bench spots which would be terrible.

Bleacher report proposed tyler Wagner and Gerardo parra for papelbon. I might be a bit higher on Wagner than most but unless the Phillies pay like 16 of the 26 mil, which we all know won't happen, it's still too much.

The 2 names mentioned most seem to be Jackson and Nick Williams. Getting 2 top 100 prospects is nice (don't really see a need for Williams though).
  14. Kelbysdaddy
Jake Thompson would be awesome. I've been a huge fan of his for a couple years. Texas stole him from Detroit last season. Sardinas, mazara, or Ryan rua would all be nice also.
  15. Kelbysdaddy
Entirely different situations. Strasburg wasn't "resigned", he was still under contract.
  16. Kelbysdaddy
I hope that is supposed to be in blue. Oakland really doesn't have the prospects at this point. Maybe Maldonado would be an option. Matt Olson, renato nunez, and Raul alcantara wouldn't get lucroy.

Does anyone remember when everyone got really excited cleveland chose brantley as the ptbnl instead of taylor green?
  18. Kelbysdaddy
anyone ever watch The Raid:Redemption? if you don't mind subtitles, the action in that movie is awesome.
  19. Kelbysdaddy
how about nick maronde? he's a lefty, put up good numbers in the minors, and was dfa'd a couple days ago by Cleveland.

Tampa would have been better off just trading Myers for Ross and Turner. Trade makes no sense for Tampa. Washington was the clear winner.
  21. Kelbysdaddy
Souza isn't worth Ross OR Turner, doesn't make any sense that Washington is getting both. He had one really good minor league season and made one great catch in a big game. This deal is terrible for Tampa. If the rays had any fans, they should be furious with the front office after this and the price deals.
  22. Kelbysdaddy
I kinda like the idea of featherstone. We definitely need a utility infielder and he profiles fairly well for that role.
  23. Kelbysdaddy
when there was discussion of the cubs trading for him there was a belief that he would be very open to signing an extension upon the trade being made due to the fact he wants to come home (being the wi/il area)
  24. Kelbysdaddy
the braves just traded la stella to the the cubs to get arodyz viscaino back. I don't really know why the cubs need tommy but nice deal for them.
  25. Kelbysdaddy
Huh? Left handed center fielder, decent avg and obp, not a lot of power. Bbref shows his defensive stats looks pretty good. He's also Frank Wrens son.
