  1. Well I wouldn't want to site in the terrorist reserve either! Seems like everyone is holding out for a potential game 7. The prices are holding steady or slightly rising for that game. They have metal detectors now so even terrorist reserve is pretty safe.
  2. Meh, I felt like it was over yesterday, but today I am ready to go. Day off, friendly confines, lots of guys due for hits. I am not giving up on this yet.
  3. Agree with this. I will fully admit I made some money on re-selling my strip seats. I always replaced them with more expensive seats. When I got a 20-pack, I didn't even know there were SSH presales. I assumed my season seats were the playoff seats I was getting. I was ecstatic when I found out you can get better ones at the sale. Had I known that, I probably would not have purchased the strip and would have preferred picking and choosing individual games and sections. I don't think what I did is what they are really trying to suppress; I think it is sort of collateral damage in eliminating the bigger problem. They never guaranteed presales, they guaranteed me a strip and that is what I got. Really happy I did not assume a WS pre-sale and sell those ahead of time, though.
  4. I'm just being realistic about the situation. If someone is trying to sell at face, honestly, and they realize doing that on stubhub means a $55 loss, they are going to adjust the price to break even. I just did that yesterday morning actually on 2 seats for tomorrow. I don't think the Brewers care, but I think there is a distinction to be made on selling terrace seats for $375 for a Cubs wild card game and trying to get back what you paid. They treated all those people the same, which I think is lame.
  5. I think it was something they came up with as it went. Didn't plan for it. Notice they took away Brewers insider after the NLDS, because it allowed SSH to buy their strip, buy their presale, and buy Brewers Insider. They could buy 10 seats. They figured that out and pulled it off. Then with limited inventory for the WS they got more creative. I think it's kinda bogus. A guy that resold 1 game at face or face +20 should not be locked out. Remember that sellers have to go a decent amount up on face to pay stubhub's fees. People that sold 20+ tickets and did it repeatedly? Yeah, lock them out. You should be able to easily customize software to distinguish between the two.
  6. Sec 325 Row 5 with waitstaff. 2 tickets. Looking for face, $172 ea. Don't low ball, if it comes to that, I will just go.
  7. I ended up picking 3 seats. There was just much better selection for that. FDP Row 5 so if it happens that will be pretty cool.
  8. If location matters a lot, Game 5 is much better but obviously that may not happen.
  9. Still seeing pairs in field infield box. Sets of 4 are much harder. Those are pushed out to field outfield box, which I hate sitting in. Tried club, nothing in 4s there. When I get cleared I will probably end up just getting 2 because it is so much better availability.
  10. Reason number 78 I hate the Brewers ticketing system. Once they give you seats, there is no way to say no thanks. Even if you hit no thanks, they are still sitting in your cart. If you cancel order and back out, you are locked out for 10 minutes. It is just so clunky and not user friendly at all.
  11. Kinda surprised they are apparently willing to risk souring a bunch of relationships with people who buys loads of reg season tickets over 1 re-sold NLDS game.
  12. If you complain to your rep they will give you a code. The policy seems to be lock them out unless they ask. You are still a customer, they don't want you angry. They just hoping you don't care or don't notice.
  13. It is pretty obvious the system flagged those who sold seats. I know they track that, because when I sold via stubhub on my own, without using their system, the tickets would say "pending stubhub resale" through the Brewers website. Again, I think it is shady as hell, especially since they sell these seats without game times. But I don't REALLY care since I bought the strip already and I doubt the games happen. It won't prevent anything either. The secondary market will flood with outrageously priced seats.
  14. Where are your seats? Curious about availability.
  15. Am curious though, can any 20-pk holder confirm they were able to get to the presale, and did not re-sell ANY tickets?
  16. Technically I resold every playoff game because I sold my strip seats and upgraded them at the presales. Guess they did not care for that. Oh well. TBH I can do without another $2k floating charge on my CC so I'm not really concerned. I don't want the confrontation of contacting my rep, and I wouldn't be able to promise him I'm not re-selling anyway. It is hard to get 3 friends to pay face value even when it is 500% less than stubhub. I would for sure be selling my strip seats. I will be so happy if the WS even happens that I guess I don't care, just think what they are doing here is pretty shady without any context as to why people sold.
  17. I don't have a code, because I, like many, resold games I couldn't attend, NLCS Game 2 was the only one. But I don't want to confront my rep and be shamed about it so I will just let dead dogs lie.
  18. I'm fine with my strip so I'm not going to bother contacting them, but sure is a load of bull. They sell tickets before the schedule is even out, then get upset when they are re-sold? Wow. That really ticks me off.
  19. No. They sent an email out that they will not be charging that 50% payment until they know for sure the Brewers have moved on.
  20. There is a corporate partner sale tomorrow. My firm has one of those, I will poke around for it.
  21. It is fair play. They tell you to buy the strip if you want guaranteed tickets. The presales are never promised.
  22. The fact that they haven't said anything makes me think he is probably right but I haven't seen that anywhere either.
  23. Ah, that makes sense as to the lack of communication.
  24. Braun has been fine, he may be 5/21 but he is a a couple millimeters away 8/21 or something. He has been knocking the hell out of the ball, but right at people, and frankly is the only guy I trust for the most part to put together a good at bat in any situation. Moose, Yelich, Cain, Aguillar, have all mostly disappeared. With how bad that group has been it is amazing this is even coming back to MKE.
  25. That's pretty much it TPlush. Game 6 is a high risk with no reward.
