But is it someone that does scouting/recruiting? Or just someone that manages the business side (i.e. NIL $$) as a glorified accountant? I'm thinking they need someone else focused on recruiting. Well "roller coaster" implies that there are some "Ups", so that wouldn't be a lateral move for our present "merry-go-round" where we just spin in circles.
