    Why would we do that? I don't think we should give him a big contract, but I'd trade him. He's worth a lot more than comp picks.

    You know, as ridiculous as it is for them to get upset over something like that, it is a good thing. It's creating a rivalry between the fans. Cardinals fans used to not give a darn about us because the Brewers were always in the cellar. Now that the Brewers are good even something as harmless as untucking shirts after a win gets to them.

    Prince is the shortest that I can think of. And there's a big difference between 5'10" and 5'7" still. EDIT: Matt Stairs is 5'9" and he started a good number of games at firstbase.

    A 3 team NBA trade. Not uncommon in that league, only this time we shall use names. Utah receives: Bobcats New Orleans receives: Jazz Charlotte receives: Hornets Much better. I think the worst name of them all has to be the Pacers.

    Kendall will probably catch every game while Rivera's on the DL anyway. I seriously doubt Salome would get called up. We'll probably just see Rottino back in Milwaukee sitting on the bench for 15 days.

    Hardy needs to be hitting in the two hole. He needs to have the protection of Braun and Fielder behind him to get good fastballs to hit.

    Sorry to bump up this thread, but I was just now looking into the terms of Looper's contract. It says that he gets 750,000 for each game started #19-30. 12*.75=9. So if he starts 30 games this year we'd be paying him $13.5 million?!

    Well maybe you should have gotten the comfirmation because that wasn't what happened.

    And that's what I was getting at. Suppan should be moved to 5th and get skipped whenever the opportunity occurs.

    Maybe not, but I'm sure he has the decision of where in the rotation and right now he has Suppan about 4 spots too high.

    No leash at all. He should have been taken out of the rotation early last year. At the very least he should be moved to 5th in the rotation, but McClung should be starting over him.

    Two things that I want changed. 1. Suppan. He hasn't didn't deserve to start last year and shouldn't be this year. Yes I know he has a big contract, but it's better to suck it up and sit him than hurt the team just to get "value" out of him. At the very least move him to the 5th spot in the rotation. #1 starter is riculous. 2. Switch Hardy back to the two hole.
