    That was big part of it for me. I thought MLB did it too, but if it's the Marlins that's different. They can do whatever they want with their own guys. I still think a suspension is ridiculous when half of the words Ozzie says are expletives, condescending, or down right offensive and nobody says anything.

    I was inferring (not crapping on him) that Morgan has some trade value and that's the reason why he needs to go. Gomez is a much better defender than Morgan, and while he's shown to not be consistent with the stick, I'm seeing signs of improvement. Aoki I feel can provide the same level of defense/offense as Morgan, maybe better. So why not trade Morgan? Morgan has proven to be a decent defender, but he has also proven to be a liability when dealing with balls over his head and taking bad routes to balls. This is not just a one time instance from last night game as he has a track record of misplaying balls that should be routine catches. Gomez is not perfect, but considerably better. I don't think Morgan has the trade value many think he has. Maybe once a couple of outfielders get hurt he might, but this early in the season I doubt he would bring much back.

    After watching just a little bit of Gamel at first it made me realize just how bad Prince was.

    I can't believe MLB Network bleeped Yovani saying "sucked" in his press conference. That's just ridiculous.

    I don't know what Boston has that the Brewers would want but if their bullpen struggles and their sitting behind New York, Tampa Bay and Toronto in the middle of May they will want to make moves. Hopefully, desperate ones.

    Pitchers generally don't get injured during the offseason, they do in Spring Training. Last time K-Rod was "out there" GM's were happy with what they had. Since then players have gotten hurt or not performed as expected. Oakland, Tampa, Washington, Boston, Kansas City all lost their closers during spring training. I would guess that Boston will call if their bullpen struggles.

    Isn't Ishikawa just a super-light version of Gamel, but with a proven track record of failure? Stupid, stupid, stupid. And Ron's comments even more stupid. Why can't Doug just hire some math nerd from MIT to manage this team. I'm so sick of guys who make decisions based on veteraness, battlerness, grittiness, etc.

    This is exactly what I mean about the IWC ruining everything. Stop trying to over-analyze everything and just enjoy it.

    I think the crowd chanting Lesnar made it better. I just loved watching Cena squirm around trying to find a way to brush it off. I really liked the one crowd shot right after Brock came out where there were 3 guys in orange shirts who totally no sold his entrance. You can tell one guy even asked the other guys who Brock was. Whoever said it was right about the IWC ruining wrestling, but it's not spoilers. It's the comments here about rehashing old stars, not making news ones, etc.They're pushing the young guys and they are starting to get over but none of them are going to draw like Rock, Undertaker, HHH, or Brock will. As a fan I don't care who it is, I just want to be entertained and the new generation just isn't doing it for me yet. If you could just stop analyzing it and enjoy it, it would seem to suck so much.

    Yup. I have only "marked out" twice in my life. The first was Jericho's first WWE return and tonight. Everything was done to perfection and the crowd was awesome, best crowd in years. Dare I say, Brock's return outpopped The Rock's?

    I loved that the crowd chanted Daniel Bryan during the Shamus/Del Rio segment tonight. The fans understand what crap that match was.

    I hate the Cena character. Count me in as glad he lost. It doesn't make Cena look any worse or any better that he lost. Rock is a multi-time World Champion, Hall of Famer. He's not a "celebrity".

    and the fact that he played a big role is the decision making that contributed to the Brewers winning 96 games, winning the division, and getting all the way to the NL championship series should have gotten him extended. I doubt Ron played a big role in trading for Greinke and Marcum.

    Interesting. When healthy, he was pretty darn good.

    I still maintain anyone who interferes in the Cena/Rock match immediately becomes the biggest heel in the company. Do you think Vince really cares about "ruining" a match that's been one year in the making? He's made his money come 7pm tonight. "Ruining" that match tonight is just setting up another big buyrate in the future.

    McGehee, Kotsay, putting Lucroy in after Wolf comes out, Loe until K-Rod arrived, squeezing every other game... I'll give him credit for realizing Nyjer was better than Gomez early on, but there's not much that I like about Ron.
