  1. I'd take a flier on him. Nothing special but looks like a guy you can plug in against lefties. Sort of like a Brosseau for the Outfield
  2. That sure is a lot of maybe's and might's you seem to be counting on
  3. I think it's likely Turang starts in AAA. Considering he's unlikely to be a top 100 guy the upside to him starting in the Bigs is limited as opposed to keeping him in AAA for a few weeks to get another year of control
  4. I think it's likely the Brewers open the season with all 3 of Burnes, Woodruff, & Adames and that 2 of the 3 likely get dealt next offseason and 1 of them extended(Adames seems the most likely) What could change that is if the Mets miss out on Verlander/Rodon and offer a kings ransom for Woodruff or Burnes
  5. I feel like the 2023 upside is if Winker can bounce back to his 2020 or 2021 version of play. He was outstanding those seasons and would have been our best bat last year. Toro feels like the new Jace. Could start the year in a platoon with Brosseau until Turang comes up
  6. And they could have just kept giving at bats to Lorenzo Cain who had an OPS+ of 34. Mitchell was still in AA at the time of the Cain move
  7. This was my first thought. A perfect stop gap 5th OF to have in the bigs until Frelick & Wiemer are "ready"(AKA service time). Then after a few weeks and a handful of starts he'll go back to AAA
  8. I don't see the big deal with the Singleton addition. He mashed righties in AAA last season and I doubt the Brewers are just handing him a starting job. He'll probably given a chance to earn PT in spring training, then if he makes the team it'll probably be as a backup or in a pinch hitter role. If he doesn't produce he'll likely be given the boot early on or not even make the squad if he has a poor spring.

  10. Against righties, Singleton had a .400+ OBP & .500+ SLG. It's a weird add but there is a path to Singleton getting PT

  12. His bat is fine, although only 3 Home Runs this year is interesting(and not in a good way) but I don't understand where we would play him. He hasn't played CF since 2018 and we all know the Brewers really want a good defensive CF.
  13. I want a Yelich jersey ASAP Same. Hopefully they are online soon
