you always say that, but it's not that easy. Strikeouts looking will happen. Sometimes pitchers are going to throw a breaking ball, splitter, etc. out of the zone with two strikes to get a chase, other times they're going to try to surprise you with a fastball in the zone. You can't just literally swing at every two -strike pitch 'to put the ball in play'.

Man.. last thing we needed was a 1/3 inning start by May. -
something that wasn't mentioned- I wish that 0-2 pitch by Megill to morel was either a curveball in the dirt (risky with a man on third admittedly), or a fastball above the zone. Just no need to throw a pitch in the strike zone on 0-2.
