sure it could have worked out great, but if it didn't we could have not only lost last night, but also not have Miz available today. Imagine that scenario.
-
how is the woodruff roster spot looking rough? He looked okay the other night. Who else should it have gone to? Chad Patrick, who can't throw the ball over the plate?
-
how can a Brewers world series game, especially one where they were tied or within a run the entire game, be boring?!
-
nah. Patrick hasn't shown he can throw the ball over the plate.
-
i don't think caminero batting fourth is that egregious. The three guys hitting in front of him are all studs too.
-
I don't know how it DIDN'T. The fly ball he hit and the one Mitchell hit earlier both looked gone off the bat.
-
I don't think that's luck. contreras' hit was a rocket, and the bauers hit didn't lead to any runs.
-
NOW ITS OVER FOR REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
I think he's safe :-(
-
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BALLGAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on what planet is michael king better than Tarik Skubal and Yamamoto?
-
3) his four-seam fastball will play better against the Rays offense than a lot of our sinkerballers.
-
Harrison's four-seam fastball is needed against the Rays.
-
weren't you the one that said you give it a 5% chance he makes the roster?
-
wow. I would not have expected Hamilton to be much better than Ortiz at fielding bunts. Ortiz just seems elite at everything defensively. Definitely a surprise.

Are we sure Patrick can even provide length at this point? Dude hasn't pitched in ages it feels like.

watching that pat Murphy interview with Dan Patrick, I know it's not a big deal but it kinda rubs me the wrong way that murphy insists misiorowski isn't even close to the best pitcher in baseball. Says he's not on the same level as Skubal, Wheeler, Yamamoto, etc... like dude is the Cy Young winner this year and is on YOUR team. -
yeah this has been on my mind too. I really hope he doesn't have the yips.
-
I'm sure Murphy DID lose trust in him. There were a couple outings near the end of the regular season where Patrick could not find the strike zone to save his life. You don't want a guy like that pitching key postseason innings.
-
I consider myself a hardcore Brewers fan, and somehow i've never heard of this dude even though he's been in our organization for almost two decades.
-
that loss by the bucks in game 3 to the raptors that year, i remember there being a really egregious charge call that went against giannis, and that was before you could challenge. Just changed the whole game and they never recovered.

Aaron Ashby man... what a performance this post-season!
-
abso-freaking-lutely.
-
call me crazy, I keep Ashby in to face Ohtani in the 9th.
