  1. harrison's home/road splits might be skewed a little because of that start in that minor league stadium against the athletics.
  2. pretty much always comes against lefties, which makes sense.
  3. yep. even Henderson thought it was gone off the bat of Riley when he made contact.
  4. the home run by Bauers not withstanding, the ball doesn't seem to be carrying today. There have been numerous fly balls I thought had a chance to be gone.
  5. the cutter hasn't been a great pitch for Logan today.
  6. Perez looks just like he did against us in Atlanta earlier this season. Almost everything he throws in the zone is on the edges. Barely anything juicy in the middle of the plate.
  7. pratt was lucky there; he didn't see one pitch in the strike zone.
  8. not sure why the Cubs aren't favored to win. Boyd should mow down that mariners offense, and the Cubs will put up runs.
  9. dumb challenge. Todd tischner has been great behind the plate. Most umpires only stand out when their strike zone is a joke, but this dude has been perfect.
  10. when trwi brought up the velocity, I started paying attention to it.. I did see a 95 in there last inning.
  11. did the mariners decide NOT to challenge? did they run out of time?
  12. 'twas against the White Sox.
  13. No doubt. He's soooo much more consistent than Harrison.
  14. Senzatela just doesn't miss bats. Has he induced one whiff in his time with us yet?
  15. with Ortiz, Pratt, and now Turang apparently, hurt at the same time, this has the feel of the 2025 Packers type of season where injuries are just stacking left and right at the wrong time.
