Cameron is the best defensive CF this team has ever had. I just love watching him play defense.

The pitcher that was available last offseason that people forget about was Javier Vazquez. We should have definitely tried to trade for him. That guy is a solid 200 inning guy each and every year and he is a good pitcher to boot. He would have been a fantastic number two starter for the Crew and we wouldnt have had to give up Gamel or Escobar to get him. Signing Looper was at best giving us another 4/5 when we really needed a 1/2.

A good way to fix the offense would be to play Mat Gamel each and every day. There is a good chance he could be the Brewers third best offensive player. Sitting Gamel on the bench is criminal and playing Hall at all is even worse.

Macha is starting to annoy me a little more every day but I put the responsibility for Gamel playing on Doug Melvin. Sitting Gamel on the bench is inexcusable. Counsell has had a nice season but Gamel needs to play every day or play in AAA. I am shocked that Doug would let Gamel rot on the bench this way.

Narveson should be a mop up man and nothing more. He doesnt even belong on this roster much less with the game on the line. I really thought at 4-3 that we would win.

Kendall once again playing that defense we pay him the big bucks for.

Its one thing to have Narveson pitch when its 4-0 but once we made it 4-3 he should have been taken out. The guy is clearly not major league quality and shouldnt be in there with the game on the line. Ned Macha is a dope.

Corey is becoming useless again. He had a nice ten game run but he is back to looking like Francouer.

This team is flat out pitiful at this point. Can they get any hits with men on base.

Yes Salome would be a better alternative than Kendall. I am sick and tired of hearing about how well Kendall handles a staff and how good he is defensively. If he is handling the staff so well why are we giving up 8 runs a game the last few weeks? Ive seen enough of him defensively to know that he is nothing special. Melvin needs to make sure he doesnt bring Kendall back next season unless he accepts a backup role for minimal dollars.

Will Bill Hall ever make adjustments?

I am pretty sure that Hall cant be sent down without his consent. Hall is now 8 for his last 85. You really have to wonder how a supposed contender can keep giving a guy like this chance after chance after chance. Between playing Hall and Kendall leading off I am really starting to think that Macha is not much of an upgrade over Yost. -
Kendall should never be leading off. Other than Hall he is our worst hitter.

Can we please stop playing Bill Hall. I cant stand the sight of him at this point. Gamel can hit lefties as well as righties.

I dont care how good our offense is potentially as long as we have this starting rotation we are not making the playoffs. I really hope we dont trade guys like Braddock or Rogers to rent Bedard.
