Saw the headline that said the Dodgers won in Tokyo and thought of how stupid it is that a team has to participate in the charade of starting the regular season now and traveling to Japan to play the team that buys every Japanese player.
Then I saw that team was the Cubs and found it hilarious and totally justified.
Seemed like Arnold was collecting guys coming off years with ERAs of 8 last offseason. By the end of the year our AAA bullpen depth was probably better than some team's MLB bullpens. I won't be one to be negative on these moves.

Super for MLB that they'll now have two teams playing in minor league stadiums next year. This is also going to set the record for rain delays.
I'd expect non-tender on Milner. Wilson is cheap enough that he's probably worth retaining. May depend on whether Joe Ross is re-signed. I'd love to have him back.
Sunday's roster less Rea and Milner. Much preferred over last year where they added three guys who hadn't been in the majors since early September or longer (Winker).
