Well the marlins scored five off of greinke so with baseball's random ways estrada will probably have a shut out. Here's to that! Time to decide which way to go Brewers, this back and forth crap doesn't do it for me.

just pathetic. Hopefully the reds and two teams in the east run away with the playoff spots so we have no excuse not to sell. How does a whole bullpen just flat out forget how to pitch?

At best he's our second best left handed center field option which will be handed to Logan eventually. Only in a world where Melvin trades some one does he come back next year. -
how on earth is this team still tied for 7th with runs scored in the NL? The 2002 Brewers lineup is starting to look good to me. Not sure if i mean that in blue or not.

you gotta give our guys credit. When they're on a bad streak, they're very dedicated to it. Counsell, brad nelson, now Conrad. Weeks trying to make mcgehee look better is very selfless as well.

wow i've never heard uecker get fooled that badly. That was a routine flyball and he thought it was at least a double, seemed like.

Signing greinke should be the focus, but what does everybody think marcum would get? I was thinking something like 3/35 with an option. Does that seem realistic? He's consistent and great 3/4 starter (outside of the playoffs last year)

I'm still baffled at how they managed to let the pirates score 8 runs. I didn't think that was possible. Anyways, throw some strikes, hit some balls, and get a W guys!

I agree that people speaking against her is ridiculous. The baseball gods are against the Brewers and that's just the way it is. In the end this could make us stronger if we gain some confidence in the next few weeks as has been stated. Stay strong sarah! -
agreed. Ball one to rickie might have been the worst call i've seen this season. I yelled "what?" and wondered if I was a dodgers fan. No, i'm just so against rickie playing it's ridiculous.

Any way the vengeful dodgers organization can put Braun down... And I'm not kidding. All my dodgers friends still talk about the MVP award.

My point was more aimed at rickie's future. The more he presses the worse he'll get. It would be a huge longterm benefit to give him a long mental break.

Weeks is flat out embarrassing himself out there. He knows it most of all... why keep forcing the issue? Having a regular hitting .152 is completely unacceptable. His OPS dramatically lower than mcgehee's for last year. Does he have to be hitting under .100 to get a vacation? Look i'm not saying he won't bounce back eventually, but clearly this needs to change. It's been almost 1/3 of the season now, get a hint, Ron.
