    probably the same as now, with those pitchers probably being mis-managed and sitting in AA ball right now Are you suggesting that Jungmann and Bradley should be in the majors at this moment? what im suggesting is that theres no way to say any player will develop and rise through the minors the same in one franchise from another. to think that had the brewers drafted Fernandez and Barnes, and that they'd have the same success/training/advancement in the minors is pretty insane.

    The Brewers could have drafted Jose Fernandez and Matt Barnes in the 2011 first round. Easy to say in hindsight obviously, but amazing to think about what the future would look like if they had made those two picks. probably the same as now, with those pitchers probably being mis-managed and sitting in AA ball right now

    I really like this signing. now, if the front office signs Hart to a contract, I think you'll start to see the top level of MiLB players (green, gamel, schaffer) get traded off, or turned into career bench/platooners.

    lets not forget that Gomez and Hart are both FA after this season, so theres a good chance that if either or both are gone, that will open the door for Gindl or Davis next year with Aoki and Schaeffer

    per the opening post of this thread, bianchi is out of minor league options. green has two minor league options remaining, meaning he can be optioned down in 2013 and 2014 before having to clear waivers and be outrighted to the minors. green and his option years are not mentioned in the opening post of this thread, or anywhere on the first page.
