  1. Can someone explain April Fools Day to me? I don’t get it.
  2. Every time I see one of these early season games with no one in the stands as it’s 35 degrees it makes me appreciate Miller Park that much more. Wonder how much that saves our attendance yearly. Has to be a big factor.
  3. I don't buy the body doesn't move wellaspect, when you are in the game you are warmed up and feel fine, I can attest to this based on plenty of cold football playing You may not buy it but no matter what you’re doing your muscles move better when it’s 75 and sunny than they do when it’s 35-40 and windy.
  4. As grisly as he's looked at 2nd base, I'm gonna give him a pass on that, with it being 30-some degrees tonight. Gotta be hard to get a good handle on the ball on a quick exchange like that. Is that a tougher play based on the cold? I'm not sure since I don't have much cold baseball experience, but the throw from Arcia wasn't that hard Yes. It is a tougher play in the cold. Your body doesn’t move well in it and it’s harder to get a grip on the baseball. Very slick when cold.
  5. I still think he's buying time with an injury. I'm probably wrong but it just doesn't make sense to miss a decent chunk of the season without collecting millions of dollars.
  6. You also have to be realistic about it though. Just wanting to sign whoever for whatever it takes is just not realistic, especially for a team like the Brewers. If the right deals happen, MA has shown he's willing to pull the trigger. How any fan gets upset at him right now is beyond me.
  7. We have him locked up until he hits 30. Why not just let it play out and let him sign a humongous deal elsewhere when he's headed back down the hill?
  8. How is this thread not popping out five posts an hour? Christian Yelich is the man! The Brewers continue to find ways to win series.
  9. How is Larry Walker not in the HOF?
  10. THIS is why we need a LIKE button! I literally logged in just to say this is the funniest thing I’ve heard in a long time: my sides hurt.
  11. I don't know if it that unpopular. I do agree that we could tone it down a bit with him and the MVP stuff. Chant it after a walk-off, fine. Every at-bat, not needed and yes, annoying. He seems like a reserved guy that wants everyone to know that it is a team game. I hope Brewer fans come to realize this as they keep having success together out on the field.
