    My next door neighbor is moving and she sold us some stuff so she doesn't have to take it with her. One is a chest freezer. It's probably the "2-deer" size (LOL). Anyway, here's my question. I see online people say to defrost it and empty it before a move. But if I'm moving it, literally, 100 feet from her garage to mine, do we need to defrost it or do you think it would be fine moving with a dolly over to our house without a defrost? Thoughts?

    You could get it framed and accidentally get it into the hands of a sick kid in the hospital and then promise the kid that Sal Frelick will hit two home runs to get it back! 😆

    Not much else to add to this but a couple things. 1. Welcome to the site!!! I hope you stick around a bit. 2. Cool story!!!!! Really!!!! 3. Authentication is the best answer I've got, as well. Not sure how you go would go about doing that, though.

    I did say something along those lines to my wife here at home. I would have rather they started the inning with McGill. on point with your post, though, I’ll go on record and say that I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that Devin was having some back spasms again tonight. I hope I’m wrong.

    Ugh, what a crummy day. Our accounts lost a bunch of money today. Thank God that I'm not needing these accounts (nor touching them) for another decade and a half. It's gonna get worse, isn't it . . . 😒

    You gotta wonder if weather also affected his slow start. Some players just do not play well until it starts to warm up. I'm not saying that this is what happened, but it's a possibility. Regardless, the kid's good!

    I thought trading is done. They got rid of the waiver trade deadline of August 31st a few years ago. Now, if you meant picking up guys that are DFA’d….okay. They could still do that, I believe.

    For some of us, it just didn't happen. We tried and it just didn't happen. 🤷‍♂️ It's not like we planned on it (although some people do.) So, I guess it was the plan that the Man upstairs had for us. And he had us use our lives to inspire and help thousands of children in other ways. Missing out on life? Not a chance.

    Outfielders throwing balls to the plate, trying to get them into a bucket like the old Tom Emansky videos? There’s probably a bunch of stuff they could do but throwing and running contests could create injuries, unfortunately. too bad, because an NFL pro bowl type series of contests that are just “fun” could be a big hit for fans

    I’m kinda disappointed. He didn’t pitch terribly, but not especially good, either. I thought he was worth keeping around until the trade deadline, at least. oh well.

    Is this CC Sabathia 2.0???? 😄 I think it’s a good deal, to be serious. Both teams could potentially win this trade. Civale could be turned around again—plus has another year of contract control—and Barrios could turn out to be somebody decent in a number of years. I like that Arnold was proactive about getting someone now rather than waiting until the deadline. I wonder how long this deal took to put together….days? Weeks???
