I would love to see the Rockies win the whole thing. But my prediction is Red Sox vs Dodgers in the World Series. -
Hell, I would settle for mid February when we have the roster pretty well set for 2010 and pitchers and catchers report.

Fielder and Braun both had just amazing seasons. The best 1-2 punch in all of MLB. Even though it was a down year, it was a pleasure to watch those two play each and every night. Already can't wait for 2010.

I'm fine with Macha coming back. I can't say I have agreed with all of his player moves this season as far as pitching and lineups, but I think he does a better job overall then Yost did. I think he deserves at least next season. See what he can do with a decent pitching staff.

I believe regardless of this games outcome we have won the season series. Is that correct? I know at Busch we have pretty much dominated them.

A sweep of the Baseball Police at their park to end this down year would be a bit of a silver lining. Go get em boys, lets untuckem one more time in 2009.

No kidding, congrats Jeff on making 30 starts. Too bad you sucked at pitching in the majority of them. My prediction is he doesn't make it out of the 2nd inning. Suppan pitching on 3 days rest is a bad idea. Thank God, 1 more full year of this clown.

Not after this season. Ewizabeff took the Busch tour today and reported that their tour guide went on an untuckem tirade. Way to make visitors feel welcome.A tour guide really said something about the Brewers untucking?

This weeks Office was much weaker then the first two episodes. I'm not sure how I like this co-manager thing. We'll see. I do agree on Parks and Rec. It was good, and seems to be getting better.

I immediately thought the same thing. Hopefully our two posts are the only things brought up about it.I also seen who caught it. At least it didn't look like he pushed any little kids out of the way to catch it. And it is not historic so he won't ask for the farm from Prince for the ball.

Same here, the only time I felt like that was when the Packers won Super Bowl 31. And I also kept all the JS papers. Maybe I will throw in the DVD tonight and watch the season recap and some of game 162.

I believe Epstein and the Red Sox are the model GM/franchise. Yes they have money and can spend, but they spend smart. Unlike a lot of the Yankees spending. Also they develop players and don't trade all of their prospects. And when they do trade them the trades usually work out well. Two World Series titles the last five years also helps.

Amen to that! While I like the Packers and football, it can't compare for me to the Brewers and baseball.

Dwight and Toby together were great in this episode. I also loved Andy and the cheese platter bit. Solid start to the season with these first two eps in my opinion.

The only good thing I can say about this game was Butler and Axford got some work in. That is it.

Probably next season. Gallardo for sure, Bush is possible and good chance Cameron if he is back.

I'm gonna watch some of the Brewers V Cubs game. But I got season 1 disc 1 on Mad Men today through my Netflix. So I may start that tonight.

I'm in the camp that it did not sellout because of the Packers game being on at Noon and the Brewers being out of the race. I'm sure some were not as excited for a Melvin bobble compared to a player, but I think the other two reasons are much more the reason behind the low attendance yesterday. I was at the game and glad to get a Melvin bobble. I think it's cool, doing a bobble of someone other then a player or a sausage for once.
