    I almost think Doug needs to tell Macha that Gallardo is on a strict 100 pitch count the rest of the season. No 100+ pitch games anymore.

    Yeah, I kind of feel the same way. It's like I get excited to watch a game and then they play like this. Getting swept by the Pirates is about as bad as it gets.

    I think the only "locks" to be on the 2010 Brewers are Braun, Gallardo, Fielder and Escobar. Everyone else is suspect. Maybe Weeks gets thrown in the group I mentioned as a "lock".

    Chances that Braun and Fielder play on Thursday? I would say 0%. They have an off day...but your point that Rivera wont get to play on Wed and Fri making (gasp) 3 games in a row is sad.Crap I forgot about that off day.

    I got tickets for his bobblehead game on 9/3. Guess he won't be there, well at least I got to see him in early July. I like moving him up to AA. His numbers were not outrageous in Appleton but he put up respectable numbers for a 19 year old. .274/.348/.454 with 13 HR 65 RBI and 19 SB. After seeing him in person that one game I am very excited for his future. He just looks and carriers himself like a real player. And wow, what a quick bat.

    Yup, he is Jorge Julio. Give me a break, a HR to Ronny Cedeno. This pitching staff is just laughable. How many more wins could this team have with a competent pitching staff?

    If Kendall was playing defense the way he was last year, maybe it is at least a conversation for him to play this much. But he is not hitting or playing top notch defense. You have nothing to lose in playing Rivera more and a lot to gain with his offensive potential.

    Yeah the board is awesome, and the magnets are higher quality this year, probably why the dollar more per one. I probably won't get them all, just the ones I want. They started it off right with Braun yesterday and Gallardo today.
