Because my BIL up in Green Bay has Hulu we can't use our Sling Box to watch Brewers games this year. MLB Extra Innings has a free week review starting today. After this week we are going to purchase the season package. It looks like it will come out to be about a dollar a day so we can handle that. https://www.cabletv.com/blog/mlb-extra-innings-review

Download the mlb app and you can stream all the games for $20/year. The Publix was near GT in Atlanta when our daughter was there. We're in Tybee part of the year (including now) and San Diego mostly. Are you in the south? I'm about a hour and a half south of Tampa.

I think you have hit upon the truth here.

I do miss not hearing him on the radio down here. I can get it on Sirius in my car but how do you get it on your phone? Publix? Where do you live?

Signings are usually "pending a physical". This year, there are Covid routines (Short quarantine, negative covid test) before they can join the ST complex. Which is where the physical will be done, I assume. So there will be a delay between the time a deal is agreed and the actual signing. Has generally been the case for signings this offseasn, longer delay than usual between reports of a done deal and official announcement. In some cases also due to needing to sort out the 40-man roster spot too, but many have been for Covid reasons. OIC I saw MLB Network is airing today's Crew/Angels game 10 PM Eastern tonight at so I'll get to check them out again. Perhaps Bradley will play.

I finally got to see a replay of the Crew play the Cubs last night in MBL Network and BA along with Rock said Bradley hasn't officially signed? What is up with this?
  8. Pugger
The Crew will be on MLB Network this afternoon against the Cubs.

It will be nice to watch him, Cain and Yeli out there this season.

I have no problem with that. Most of the better teams have good pitching and defense. And if these new guys put the ball in play I like that too. I'm weary of the Crew striking out as much as they have recently. How many times last year did we get a guy in scoring position with less than 2 outs and fail to score?

My BIL in Green Bay dropped Spectrum and now has Hulu so we can't get the Brewers and Bucks down here using our Sling Box so we'll have to order MLB Extra Innings. It might cost us $120 or so but we'll get all the games.

You have literally one of the best if not the best defensive 2B in baseball and you're going to move him to a position he's never played in his career to keep an absolute defensive butcher at his position? I don't think so. this

I like the fact he doesn't strike out a lot and is great on D. Hitting homers isn't the be all end all. I kinda wish Hiura was more like Wong in that regard...

I think I can agree on your post-mortem.

I hope they keep him around in 2021.

Now that this disappointing season is history what should Stearns and company do to fix our offensive woes? I have no clue but am eager to hear what you guys who know more about this game than me think will help us actually score runs in 2021.
  21. Pugger
This. All. Day. Long. Watching this offense unable to get runs in when they have a guy at 3rd and less that 2 outs was so damn frustrating! This bunch did not know how to put the ball in play to save their souls.

  23. Pugger
Oh no! It won't start until 10 PM down here.
  24. Pugger
All games in the Brewers-Dodgers series are being played at Dodger Stadium. We don't get even one game??
  25. Pugger
Absolutely! IMO all of the pressure will be on LA. They are expected to win it all and we can go in with nothing to lose. After this crazy year and all of our troubles getting into this dance this is all gravy. Go Crew!!
