#Brewers getting three players for Thornburg: RHP Josh Pennington, 3B/1B Travis Shaw, SS Mauricio Dubon. Quite a haul.
  3. mlloyd10
Just keep Perez at 3B - He's 25 and ( I would believe) hasn't reached his power potential.
  4. mlloyd10
If Braun goes to LA - I would want Wood back as a 3rd piece. He is still young and always had the talent...A Willie Calhoun and Wood for Thornburg trade works also

Pirates want the nations top prospect #10 overall plus more -
  6. mlloyd10
Cody Bellinger would be a fun guy to add to the mix. I just wish we did not have to take Puig back with him. I'd rather get more prospects. Pitching maybe? I guessing you could probably flip Puig
  7. mlloyd10
Considering he was making 1.5 mil last season - Im thinking 3/12

Logan Morrison is my guess... he will cost around $5mil
  10. mlloyd10
    Just roil with Santana/Broxton/Brinson

Call me crazy, but i would rather keep Thornburg until the trade deadline - If he can put together a good 1st half - We will get a top 100 prospect for him alone. Braun for Devers/Kopech works for me.

Call the Royals and see if we can get one of their 3B - I want Hunter Dozier, but Cheslor Cuthbert would do. Both guys are blocked by Mike Moustakas
  13. mlloyd10
Its a borderline pipe dream to get one of those guys. I would say Yadier Alvarez could be one of the "major pieces" that they were talking about - De Leon will be a top 20 prospect next season - Doubt we get him.

Just laughing at the people that think we would be getting prospects like De Leon or Bellinger back in a trade....Keep dreaming. Not getting their top prospects. I would be happy with Puig, Stewart and Sborz for Braun. Besides, remember what Mark A stated, that any money saved will go back into the team. Rather bank roll that money at make some splashes come 2019
  15. mlloyd10
Mendez or Guzman Most likely will be Jurado
  16. mlloyd10
Our Catcher of the future isn't on the team....Susac will be the starter next yr
  17. mlloyd10
    Please include Mendez
  18. mlloyd10
Mendez is ranked higher than Tate - Tate no longer a top 100

Ummmm...What? Look at what was offered for Lucroy from Cleveland. Clearly his stock is not as high as people around here (obviously you too) think it is. Profar has played really well in MLB this year and is a former #1 prospect, and Gallo is their current #1 prospect. If you think adding a 31 year old pitcher in his first year is going to move the needle from bringing in a #5 organizational player (Mejia) to bringing in a #1 AND a major contributor to their current MLB team then I dont know what to tell you There is no way Texas would say no to Luc/Guerra for Gallo. Thats what i was referring too.

    Ummmm...What?
  21. mlloyd10
    Need Martes
  22. mlloyd10
    Gallo/Mendez/Guzman for Luc/JJ
  23. mlloyd10
Is there a timeframe for luc to reject the trade? Dodgers were a mystery team, would have loved to get De Leon and verdugo
  24. mlloyd10
Is the mets lineup posted yet?
  25. mlloyd10
So he will be trade on Monday then at 2:59 when teams meet our demands
