  1. I’m not sure why people think we are better than the Bucs. We already got slammed by them once, in the last 6 or so weeks their offense is arguably better, and I’d take their defense over ours (though not by a crazy margin). I’m guessing their special teams is better too, like most of the NFL. If we lose hopefully it isn’t the defense failing to show up like it has most of the time in Rodgers playoff losses. Can’t stand watching Rodgers trying to throw for 500 yards and 6 TDS to barely win a big game. Time for the defense to step up and help the cause for once.
  2. I said it at the start of the playoffs and I will stick to it, Brady will beat us in the NFCCG. I think it is a toss-up game, either team could win honestly. However, Brady going to the Super Bowl the first year out of New England just seems meant to be at this point. That’s what I expect, but again, such a toss up game.
  3. Drew Brees walked off the field like a guy never returning, looked like the rumors are true. A great career it was.
  4. Good, I want the more exciting match up...Brady/Rodgers. A postseason match up the sport has wanted in the playoffs for over a decade. All the teams left are incredible and nightmares to play. We just have to bring our ‘A’ game and win. That’s the only way to win at this stage.
  5. Brutal pick to throw right there. Oh my...
  6. I honestly thought this watching the game yesterday. He is an incredible player overall, but as a passer he has many holes. I don’t think he can win a Super Bowl without being a more well rounded passer. Can he do that? I don’t know. There are just too many good defenses in the playoffs. Getting by not actually being a legit passer for 3-4 games is just not likely. And how long before he isn’t an elite runner? How long before he gets beat up running around so much? Special generational talent at QB, but not sure that peak will last long or will end up with a ring to show for it.
  7. Bars are pretty huge for the Wisconsin economy. Maybe we should vaccinate bartenders next. Maybe even have a vaccination pop up at the bar for citizens.
  8. Bills just scored a goal line touchdown on a WR screen pass. Notable because the Ravens covered 3 WRs with 2 DBs. Shocking that didn’t work out well.
  9. Maybe we should find a new monopoly, it hasn’t produced much MLB talent. The Brewers didn't really sign anyone of note during Stearns & company's first international period in 2016, then Larry Ernesto & Carlos Rodriguez got million plus bonuses in 2017. They'll be playing their age 20 seasons in 2021. More recent notable signings like Eduardo Garcia, Hedbert Perez, Jeferson Quero & Luis Medina will all be playing their age 18 seasons in 2021. These things take time. Are any of those guys Venezuelan? Honestly I could only think of Arcia/Alcides Escobar. Obviously since both are failed MLB products after being high end prospects. I’m sure we have signed a lot of Venezuelan guys over the years, I just don’t recall many being notable major signings.
  10. Announcers keep blaming wind. No, mostly just poor play. Wind just making it worse.
  11. I searched Google and the first thing I get is a 2018 forum post on a Packers site. Y’all are a weird bunch trying to come up with what illness Pam Oliver may or may not have. Mostly kidding, but it appears this isn’t the first time for her
  12. Rams killed themselves with that screen pass. Huge loss of yards and kept the clock running. That was the biggest play on that drive.
  13. I’d rather give Rodgers an extra pass.
  14. The entire NFL is trying to do the same thing now, that is the problem.
  15. I’m not sure how the majority of teams even allow their returners to take it out. Truly shocking.
  16. Michigan’s is getting absolutely destroyed by Minnesota
  17. Scoring down low in the paint is usually a recipe for a championship. I’m not really convinced the Badgers possess that, at least not in a dominant way that will get them deep into the tournament. Yesterday I was telling someone how it was surprising with all the experience on the team how bad the guards are at driving to the basket. In all honesty they rarely attempt it and prefer 3s or lower percent 2s. Always thought Davison would have been an absolute stud by the time he was a senior, especially going towards the basket. The talent and experience should make them a good threat to win it all or go deep into the tourney. However, the actual play on the court doesn’t quite match up...yet at least.
  18. Maybe we should find a new monopoly, it hasn’t produced much MLB talent.
  19. Decent comp, but why would the Brewers even want to do that deal? There is a ton of risk for what would be one extra year at $16mil. You are also forgetting the inflation of Paxton’s salary for what is half a decade later. If Woodruff is similar he will certainly earn a good chunk more than Paxton did just because it is half a decade later.

    Pizza

If it is a pizza that was originally a softer chewy crust I will microwave it. Honestly tastes better that way versus reheating in a pizza oven. There is a place in my small hometown and it is definitely better reheated in a microwave. The crust is not really intended to be crispy and for that reason keeping it soft in a microwave is the way to go. Now Pizza Hut thin crust, definitely hitting up the pizza oven with it. The outer crust being a crunchy cracker is 99% of what makes it amazing. Ruining that crisp in a microwave is nasty. I can do thin crust pizza cold, but not a fatter crust and I’m not sure how people do it. The consistency of the dough is terrible cold. Closest comparison would be a bread loaf 3 weeks past it’s best by date. I can’t stand the the cheese on such a pizza cold either. Just not my thing.

    Pizza

I've heard of NY style and Chicago style... but what is Detroit style? Tastes like defeat? There is St Louis style pizza too...specifically involving provel cheese.
  22. Either Braun wants to play or doesn’t. He has zero leverage when he has no interest playing any other team outside of the Brewers. Maybe he would play in Southern California, but I doubt any of those teams want him. He wouldn’t get paid much even if he was willing to go to any corner of the earth. He signed two deals in his life and both were considered pretty team friendly at the time. Both times he said he didn’t know what he would do with all that money anyway. I doubt Braun cares about the money. $3mil versus $7 is nothing to him. Money will not be the reason whether he plays another year or not.
