He could be, though. You often get short starts in the postseason. I can envision bringing in Miz in the middle for 2 innings of gas and filth. He could be a big difference maker for us. -
For me, it's the fact that I want him to be available and good in October. Not saying he won't be, but I'm pretty concerned.

There have been years where the Brewers seemed so inept with first and third nobody out where I thought a GIDP should qualify for an RBI just for them. This hasn't been one of those years.

Yeah. He looked like he was laboring a bit in the 6th, missing spots a bit. Fatigue was setting in. I think Murph learned his lesson a couple starts ago when Woo had a good one going through 5 and it went horribly in the 6th that day.

Woo had a really nice inning there. Pitch count is in good shape. How deep can he go and keep putting up zeroes...hopefully a long ways!

Yes. Although I've been pretty well emotionally detached from college football for a few years now. I would like to see them beat PJ and his goofs though. I hate not having the axe.

Series at San Diego later this month. A play near third takes Machado right into the path of a Brewer with a head of steam, and Manny gets just absolutely demolished. I'm thinking maybe Danny Jansen. That, I think, could make the season feel good even if the Brewers were to stink up the postseason. Plus it's been a really fun season as it is.
