Impressed Lee managed to hit that fair. Ugh now a risp. Rock Ridge looked not great on that play. -
Badger Mutual time.
-
Funny bone. I think (hope) Mona will be fine.
-
For a second I wondered if Murph was coming out to bark at the ump
-
Wowza. I cannot remember a 2b making a catch any deeper.
-
Sal, Sal, Sal.....Still a big fan, but shame on you there.

Came to post this, definitely worth the read. Erceg was a guy I was hoping we'd hang on to a little longer. He was certainly inconsistent after moving to the mound but there were enough flashes in 22 and 23 where you knew something was there. Glad he found success, sobriety and happiness.

I definitely want 6 out of Patrick. After that, I'd let Tobias have the last 2 if we're still behind.
-
Granted it goes back to when he was a less successful pitcher, but going into this game the Brewers have a 1.165 OPS vs Boyd.

I loved his postgames. It was like his hand was controlled by someone else and it would just randomly come up to his face and fool around while he was talking. Always cracked me up. Kind of reminded me of one of those gags where a person stands and there's someone right behind them who is reaching around them brushing their teeth, etc.

Interesting idea, it's pretty borderline. His season high is 108 which he's done twice.
-
I don’t know what people were worried about. Priester started tonight.
-
Would’ve thought the curve for sure 0-2 to Hayes there. Ah well
-
Wow this team. Btw are some posters getting banned after this?🙂saw a number of people waving the white flag early.
-
When it was 8-1 I started thinking about the Ashby debut. Keep it up, go get it!
-
I thought he pitched extremely well in his time as a Brewer. I agree I hope he blows big games for the cubs though.
-
Nice name, too! Smell the Glove and Shark Sandwich, those were some good ones. Intravenus de Milo, I'm not so big on.
-
I wonder if Seigler has a Venditte glove somewhere. Seems like it’d be tough to switch pitch without one.
-
Cruz’s hair in Suwinski’s face on that collision reminded me of one of those little party popper things where you pull the string and confetti flies out
-
Same exact thing here, RWeeks.

Wow. Just freaking wow

Tobias might really surprise some people tomorrow, you never know. Obviously I hate injuries but with that said I’m kinda stoked to see him get this opportunity.

Nothing against Zastryzny, he's done very well for us in his limited action this year and last. With that said, I'd be surprised to see him take any of those guys' spot, provided they remain healthy and effective. Also if I recall correctly, he's on a minor league contract that he signed with NYY before we paid them for him. So we could stash him in AAA as much as we want, yes? Someone correct me if I'm mistaken.
