All fair and valid points. While yes chances are massively in our favor, there's no point in counting unhatched chickens or taking victory laps before the checkered flag. There will be plenty of time for that later.

Yeah, what I figured too. My guess is that if Payamps hasn't shown something by the time Yoho can come back, perhaps they'll DFA him at that point. I would have to assume he'd be a non-tender for next season anyways, could be wrong. It does kind of stink though since yesterday we finally saw a glimpse of the Yoho we've been hoping for at the MLB level.

Don't get me wrong, Ed. I've loved watching him today and am thrilled he's pitching well. I just personally disagree with with the choice starting him at all at this point in the season.

He could be, though. You often get short starts in the postseason. I can envision bringing in Miz in the middle for 2 innings of gas and filth. He could be a big difference maker for us.

For me, it's the fact that I want him to be available and good in October. Not saying he won't be, but I'm pretty concerned.

There have been years where the Brewers seemed so inept with first and third nobody out where I thought a GIDP should qualify for an RBI just for them. This hasn't been one of those years.
