  1. Wow. That's hilarious actually. I mean I wouldn't think it was too funny if it happened to the Brewers, but since it's LAD...
  2. Yeah. He looked like he was laboring a bit in the 6th, missing spots a bit. Fatigue was setting in. I think Murph learned his lesson a couple starts ago when Woo had a good one going through 5 and it went horribly in the 6th that day.
  3. Might be asking a little too much of him, we shall see. If it's between that and Fedde though....
  4. Barry Horowitz 🤣 I'm not sure if Woo was tiring out a bit. I don't really want to see Fedde coming into a 2 run game.
  5. And the PIrates can go ahead and clean the leaves out of the eaves troughs for all I care.
  6. Woo had a really nice inning there. Pitch count is in good shape. How deep can he go and keep putting up zeroes...hopefully a long ways!
  7. And the Bauers crowd goes wild :-) I wondered if he'd get a green light there, good call because Keller obviously didn't think they would. Jake was ready!
  8. Yes. Although I've been pretty well emotionally detached from college football for a few years now. I would like to see them beat PJ and his goofs though. I hate not having the axe.
  9. Good thing you were there and not Eugene. Ducks fans probably would have thrown who knows what at you, the bunch of animals.
  10. This thread's been a peach, folks. I may even re-read it all start to finish, it was that good.
  11. Series at San Diego later this month. A play near third takes Machado right into the path of a Brewer with a head of steam, and Manny gets just absolutely demolished. I'm thinking maybe Danny Jansen. That, I think, could make the season feel good even if the Brewers were to stink up the postseason. Plus it's been a really fun season as it is.
  12. Koenig always makes me a little nervous for some reason. So, so very thankful he was able to shut the door.
  13. I don't even want Mis starting games in September let alone October. He's already at 111 innings on the season. How much do they want to run that up? I'd rather have him in the bullpen than have to be shut down altogether. Last year when he got promoted to Nashville he was used either as an opener or relief pitcher, and aside from a few games with bad command, he did well with it. As opposed to running him out there for short starts, and using up the remaining bullets he has for the year, I'd use him in relief.
  14. Yeah I didn't understand the covid opt out post. Sucks for Miller. Right now I'm just assuming UCL, and hoping to be wrong. Given that he's almost 35, I wonder if he'll call it a career. Also, wow. I didn't realize that his only AS appearance (and his best season) was in 2015 when he went 6-17.
