  1. He pitched 15 years in the big leagues. I think it worked out alright for Bumgarner. For every one of him there's 15 other guys whose arms are shot without ever throwing 150 innings in a season.
  2. Umm... Bucks??
  3. Yeah I mainly mean defensively. Its pretty bad.
  4. He's not the best third baseman in the league for nothing
  5. Nice to hear all 15 Mariners fans at the game booing an injured player
  6. Welp, I guess we kinda ran out of pitchers, good luck us
  7. So we don't get to challenge this obvious blown call at 2nd?
  8. Maybe Seaworld hides the ball well or something, Mitchell and Tellez both looked at fastballs down the middle.
  9. It was a bad sign when his defense fell as much as it did last year.
  10. Not surprised that they will have to score some runs tonight. You get what you get with the Collin Rea's of the world.
  11. I didn't even think of that, with three sites worth of people this can work even better.
  12. Maybe there'd be a way to have 29 threads but to archive all of them until the Brewers are set to go on a road trip to that place. I mean some cities are ones they visit once a year or even less than that. Like right now the only one you'd want active is Seattle. It could help to hear directly from Brewer fans who've been there before on best places to park, best value seats, best restaurants nearby, best concession stands to visit, etc.
  13. We have a thread for tips for visiting AmFam but the truth is many posting or reading here have been there many times. I think we should have one for all other ballparks. As seen in the gamethread today, we have a moderator located in Seattle and attending the games during this series. He would likely have a lot of advice for others who may visit that ballpark in the future. I believe there are many others like myself who no longer live near Milwaukee and who may regularly attend games at other ballparks across the country. This thread could provide a guide to others who may want to take a road trip to a new city.
  14. Even if the catcher doesn't drop it, he might've gotten a foot in there. You have to take chances in this game sometimes.
  15. If I had to listen to these two announcers every game I would buy tickets more often just to escape it. Milwaukee is very spoiled to have the great announcers they do.
  16. It's been nice watching an offense that hits for a better average. Stringing together hits is fun.
  17. I mean out of all active big league franchises they definitely are 30th in overall success. I imagine they don't really have much of a fanbase but I guess I have no idea.
  18. Downtown San Diego was nice. Tickets were surprisingly cheap too. Was only $71 on stubhub for first level 16 rows behind the dugout. Upper deck behind homeplate only $34. I liked having beaches very close by, but unfortunately it was a little too cold.
  19. Oh god, this Mariners broadcast might be the worst ever.
  20. Every city has good areas and bad areas you shouldn't go. Use some common sense and you can figure out which is which pretty quickly.
