    Just not interested in the Mets farm system at all besides Rosario and Smith. Both of whom they consider untouchables. We'll see...

    Ummmm...What? Look at what was offered for Lucroy from Cleveland. Clearly his stock is not as high as people around here (obviously you too) think it is. Profar has played really well in MLB this year and is a former #1 prospect, and Gallo is their current #1 prospect. If you think adding a 31 year old pitcher in his first year is going to move the needle from bringing in a #5 organizational player (Mejia) to bringing in a #1 AND a major contributor to their current MLB team then I dont know what to tell you

    We wont get both Gallo and Profar for Lucroy/Guerra. I honestly think we will still be lucky to get Gallo alone.

    I think in the Indians package you get one of Zimmer/Frazier/Bradley and in the Texas package one of Gallo/Brinson

    If you guys believe Lucroy alone can bring a return of Devers and Kopech (two of the four "untouchable" prospects that the Red Sox have) I cannot wait to see what we actually bring in. If you guys are right in that prospects are being THAT severely undervalued, is it really out of the question that we see a top 10 prospect + coming to us?

    I like both of those trades, however I highly doubt Lucroy alone gets Devers and Kopech. Would likely have to add Will Smith to that trade, which I would still do. Same thing probably goes for the Cleveland proposal. And yes, yes I know Smith shouldnt be just a "throw-in". Well he's not a throw in here, in my eyes we either get Devers alone for Lucroy, or we add Kopech once we offer Smith.

    Could not agree more. I want no part of Clevinger as we have plenty of prospects with a similar ceiling. If were trading Lucroy there we need the high ceiling pitchers despite the age. McKenzie/Sheffield/Aiken are the only pitchers I'm interested in.

    Yeah I know, but the thing is we are dealing with Dombrowski, and in order to contend with other teams for Lucroy at least one of those would be coming to us. So if we take what was reported as true (that they are off limits), then we can cross Boston off the list of suitors.

    In a heartbeat. Think of an Arcia + Moncada + Phillips center of the park for the future. Our bullpen arms could then be used for high upside pieces
