  1. These seem the most logical. I'm sure they'll be watching Peralta and Burnes if he throws as well. I hope they had someone watching Corey Ray in AA today. I don't.
  2. I think he's been doing ok Didn't say he sucked, he just needs to get more consistent. He is averaging nearly 20 ptiches an inning tonight. I do believe we are allowed to be accurately critical of the players in areas they can improve. Geesh.
  3. Peralta is going to have to figure out how to get far more consistent.
  4. Oh please take Kratz.
  5. Wow, that's asking a lot for a guy coming off the DL to start an entire double header.
  6. What players would the Orioles have interest in that they could realistically get from the Brewers in a trade for Machado? Thames, Perez, and Villar are the few that stand out to me. Thames probably makes the most sense since the Orioles could really use a first baseman. I would guess Nottingham and Broxton. Maybe Lopez and Barnes. I doubt Baltimore has any interest in either of Lopez or Barnes.
  7. I agree but if they are there to scout for a trade they are looking at someone. I can't believe it's gonna be Peralta. That leaves Nottingham, Burnes, Williams and maybe Broxton (though I would think the would showcase Broxton if that were the case).

  9. Runner on second and no one out, they have us right where they want us.
  10. Has any rhyme or reason to this surfaced yet? Were they just celebrating with Burnes maybe? That's what I was thinking.
  11. This. I just touched on Ortiz never getting respect earlier tonight. It's true. I'd rather part with Woodruff too because he's MLB ready and turns 26 in the offseason whereas Ortiz is in AAA next year at 23 (and has a higher ceiling). But if it has to be Ortiz over Woodruff I'm still not turning it down I agree but I prefer it be Woodruff for pretty much the reasons you mentioned. I think Ortiz absolutely belongs in the same group as Burnes and Peralta. I'm not as sold on Brown as some others are.
