How about his pitcher yelling to the dugout that he tagged him? My first thought too. Guerra knew he tagged him. This spot was too important to not challenge.
@KenSpindler The #Brewers have shut out the Cubs in 3 consecutive games for the first time in franchise history (won 4-0 on June 12; won 1-0 on June 13; 7-0 win today). Brewers pitchers have thrown 27 consecutive scoreless innings against the Cubs.
Man, I hope not. This is where CC really botched this game. Soria started warming up way too late. After that first walk Soria should've been warming up. Instead he waited.... and waited.... and waited.
The Nats are back in the race so I don't think he'll be getting dealt. I agree that I don't think the Nats deal anyone, but since the deadline the have dropped .5 game. They haven't made up any ground in their division.
Moose hasn’t exactly lit it up either. The dude has had 33 AB's. He flew from New York to S.F. to play, and then he went up against the Dodgers. Can we give him a little more of a sample size? His defense has not disappointed; it's helped us win at least one game so far.
Won 9 of the last 14 games (10-6 after the all-star break). Interesting time to post something like this. We have play the Nationals, Dodgers (7 times), Rockies, and Giants in that span. I think overreacting is a safe word to use.
