  1. This has nothing to do with time of games. I think they are telling teams the 97 to100 mph pitchers should not make up the majority of the pen. For most people a game with hitting and fielding is better to watch than strikeouts. I will say watching Willie and Brice play defense is worth price of admission.
  2. We are despite for right-handed bats. A small lottery ticket to the sox and they can drop payroll. I could see this as a 1year deal because in 25 we will have Chourio and Quero. Contreras will DH more in 25
  3. I agree with Nate82, Baltimore is too frugal to pay for Burnes, but Freddy is in anyone's price range. They would have to overwhelm the Brewers, but they won't I don't think. They won 101 games this season so they will get to the playoffs without Burnes. It's Burns vs Peralta post season record and Freddy is hands down better. I would love to see them pony up for Freddy.

I will say the next ten are pretty good for a second ten also. The nice thing is that my 1-7 are close to major league ready now.

  8. Good article . I agree with what you said in the, but he will need to tick up his FB a little bit to be effective as he moves up.
  9. Trang has turned ground balls hit to the right side into outs. That second it takes ground balls to get to him I feel good about him catching and making an accurate throw. That is a good feeling. I think his fielding will translate to SS also next year and have Urias at 2nd base.

  11. I agree with Brock knowing a little more about the pitching with the T Rattlers would be great. I was going to write down a few names to check out, but it was about 7 or 8. I think there pitching is our next high leverage big group to arrive after the freshman. Ithink we will have a steady flow for a while now, but that pitching looks special. Thanks
  12. Good article. At 23years old is he old for high A?
  13. I agree the series is informative. I will keep a close eye on Adams now.
  14. It's good to have information on these young Brewers. Thanks again.
  15. Varland needs to stay in the organization, so he will make the team. Uribe could make it, but there are too many good players they would lose if they aren't on the OD roster {Wilson,Payamps,Houser and Guerra}. I would keep Varland who has a much higher upside over Guerra and Payamps. Uribe needs to prove and will prove it. They need to keep their players in the organization as long as possible.
  16. You are right on. No way can a small market put themselves in a position where they could be in a financial nightmare for years. It would be nice to keep the players that stand out. I would love to see Woody sign {especially after hearing the conversation I heard with Dominic Cotroneo}, but I also know we would need a major discount. Willy has just too many holes in his play.
  17. Thanks, that was informative. I find learning about players is helpful in forming opinions on them. Stiven Cruz, Alexander, Cornielle, Luis Lara are player I feel don't have much ink about them, but they will be the next wave of stars in this organization.
  18. It would be nice if we could learn more about Jadher Areinamo or Luis Castillo. Thanks
  19. I agree it's too bad teams have to manipulate their rosters, but we as a fan base of a small market team we have to understand that. Time and money matter.
