Cutting him would definitely same some cash.

    This seems very pessimistic. The rotation was the strength of the team last year. Im not sure, I see more value here.

    With all the revenue sharing and payroll discussions going on, brought a question to mind. How much more does a playoff team make in revenue? Is it a large amount that would offset a larger payroll? Or is it insignificant?

    It’s not even just Broxtons plate discipline....he’s one of the worst at swings and misses at balls in the zone, specifically straight fastballs.

    Respectfully have to disagree with you Boomer. MLB network just did their top 10 lists, granted not a perfect model. They ranked Yelich 6th and Cain 5th of ALL outfielders. How does that not improve them drastically when we trotted Keon Broxton out there for 120 games? Yelich is 26 and could be due for even greater numbers, his swing is a thing of beauty. This team should be more balanced than the homer dependent team last year.

    With the value of years controlled, I doubt Burnes is called up before June. That’s why we have the Suter, Gallardo, Miley’s of the world. If needed to bridge the gap.

    The Rays had 6.3 million reasons to dump Ordozzi. Also, the prospect they got isn’t horrible and has some upside, even if he is not ranked highly by the “experts”.
