  1. Imagine how good they’d look if anyone not named Jones or Adams could routinely catch?
  2. Finally connected on a shot play!
  3. That was a subpar jump by MVS.
  4. Kirk Cousins has thrown three picks. Delicious.
  5. What a read by Sullivan!
  6. That was a deflating offensive series once they crossed midfield. Gross.
  7. It’s waaaaay too early to start thinking this way, but if the 49ers take a injury and hangover-driven step back, and we can make Seattle and New Orleans go to Lambeau in January... With no or even limited fans in the stands, homefield advantage is basically pointless. Would be nice for a winter playoff game outside against the Saints, otherwise I'd actually rather the Packers play playoff games in indoor/warmer stadiums that are empty to maximize Rodgers' ability to orchestrate without elements being a factor. You’d rather play in Seattle, even without fans?

  9. Well that’s how you want to start a half!
  10. Vogelbach even bobbles a one hopper at 1B like a beer league softballer. What a legend.
  11. And Pettine giveth away.
  12. Great play by Tonyan, and Vogelbach just got a two-run bomb. Good times roll!
  13. Then Lions are delivering field goal range on a silver platter. You love to see it.
  14. It looked like the ref assumed the hold when it wasn’t actually there. To be honest, the refs kinda owe DET a couple from last year. Not that keeping score on bad penalty calls ever got me anywhere as a Packers fan, but it is what it is.
  15. Leader in the clubhouse for comment of the day.
  16. Wow, that was completely unnecessary. Same old Lions
  17. How short is his leash in Dallas? Two years? Part of me always thought Jurrah really wanted the wunderkind OC to be HC, but couldn’t justify it based on his lack of track record. I think MM is just the seat warmer.
  18. And Adams banged up. This is unraveling quickly. Sigh of relief—false alarm
  19. Merely kicking a field goal may have sealed our fate today, at this rate. EDIT: ha, sorry, didn’t realize I was piling on
  20. How much investment does Pettine need to deliver a top-10 defense? This is ridiculous.
  21. I obviously don't mind giving Rodgers some leeway at the line, but it's becoming common to have 0 or 1 timeouts left late in halves. Rodgers needs to understand that there will be games that it's going to hurt not to have those in our back pocket at the end. My understanding is that this is a schematic feature, in that presnap motion is used on almost every down to misdirect the defense and reveal tendencies. To be sure, if that is the intention, the offense needs to get lined up faster, but I’m open to holding 12 and MLF responsible. Play caller and signal caller are both equal parts of this equation.
