    So two weeks is our sample size to determine if a guy can hit? How sad is that? How has Rowdy hit since those 2 weeks began? Maybe he should be benched too then going by that line of thought. (yes, I understand Rowdy had a couple of dingers last Sunday)

    It is just so hard to believe that CC hasn't found a single opportunity to get him even one at bat since September 9th. Seriously, that doesn't stand out to people as being odd? He hasn't made a plate appearance in 9 freaking days. That is more than being in a dog house, that is banishment! I'm sure he can't wait for this season to be done, and is probably praying to be traded to anyone, ANYONE at all who might give him an actual chance. This is disgusting, and I'd love to hear CC justify why he has been ghosted for the last 9 days, but of course, no one in the media dares ask a question like that. Frustrating.

    Hard to say, however, the magnifying glass in NY would be a lot bigger and stronger than it is here in Milwaukee. If he continues like he is now, NY would eat him alive, unless of course, they knew exactly what they would be getting. Management might, but the fans would be expecting MVP Christian Yelich, not I only hit singles Christian Yelich.

    We couldn't pay Hader, we won't be paying Burnes and Woodruff. Are we going to pull some kind of magic trick to be able to sign a guy like Judge? Fun to dream, but where is the money going to come from?

    He'll be replaced with another high priced veteran on the backside of his career. A guy that Counsell will see the need to play every single day to the detriment of the team.

    Regular playing time means starting 5 or 6 games per week on a regular basis. He is not getting regular playing time. As soon as he has an 0-fer or two, he is benched. No other regular player is treated this way.

    Slumping this month? Of course he is, he never gets regular playing time. His spotty at bats just don't do him any favors. Kid is being mishandled by our coaching staff. When we trade him, I hope he gets treated better with his new organization.

    Ok, but does that scream start him at AA for the beginning of the 2023 season? I'd still like to see him start at Appleton, kind of like they did with Frelick this year, and move him up when it's time. Selfishly, I'd like to see them start Chourio, Quero nd Black in Appleton next year before moving them up.
