  1. With the injuries in Biloxi to Wilkin and Adams there certainly is playing time available for him. Hopefully promotion time is coming soon
  2. Biloxi now has 1 hit and McDougal is out of the game Hardin really struggled tonight. Been tough going in Biloxi with the injuries to the lineup too. Would be nice to get Pratt and Adams back and maybe a promotion from A+ to help out
  3. I would love to have Luke Hill in the organization. He is one year older than my daughter and went to the same high school. They are now both at Ole Miss as well.
  4. Absolutely. Appreciate all you do. I’m looking forward to an exciting draft
  5. Nice to see Quero with a couple knocks including a double tonight for Nashville
  6. Another exciting prospect. Maybe we could get @Spencer Michaelis to do a podcast breakdown on his season thus far
  7. Warren has kind of stalled out at AA this being his third season in Biloxi. He flashes some power but hasn’t been able to really break through consistently yet
  8. The 8th inning Biloxi bug got to Peek tonight giving up 3 runs. Shuckers down 5-2
  9. Tate Kuehner deserved better tonight giving up 2 unearned runs in 6 innings of work with 1 BB and 4K. Pitch count got up there a bit working around two fielding errors by 2B Hall.
  10. Zavier Warren 2 run bomb ties it up in Biloxi
  11. 2 unearned runs scored off Kuehner on a fielding error by 2B Hall. Biloxi down 2-0
  12. Tyler Black for Jose Ramirez should get it done
  13. This is how I feel as well and I would add 3B and SS to that sentiment. Colllins and Durbin have been good but they are both rookies playing relatively new positions. If we can find a reasonable upgrade, let’s do it
  14. I love Lara. His defense, speed and contact skills hopefully propel him towards a MLB role. He still hits the ball on the ground quite a bit but I think he has shown some improvement in that area this year. He has produced more high EV at bats I believe and more line drives. Not sure if he will be able remain a switch hitter or not but that would also add to his value as a player.
  15. Someone get the Magic Number thread dusted off and ready for action. We’re gonna need it
  16. Hogg: The Brewers allowed only 4 runs in their sweep of LA, the fewest runs scored by the Dodgers in a three-game series in more than 3 years (5/10-12 at San Francisco, also 4 runs). The Dodgers previously hadn't been held to under 5 runs in *any* 3 game stretch since 2022.
  17. I was surprised that he is still only 19 years old. Seems like he’s been around a while longer
  18. I agree. It appears that when he pitches in the strike zone he is getting hit hard. So he tries to get cute on the edges and starts walking guys. Tough year for him
  19. Lara with a 4 hit day hits a two run double in the 9th. Murray struck out with two runners in scoring position to end it. Shuckers fall 6-4
  20. Middendorf in to pitch the 8th and surrendered 4 runs. Ouch. Biloxi down 6-2 bottom of the 8th
  21. Wichrowski with a solid outing today pitched into the 7th inning in a 2-2 game. Gave up the homer and another run scored on a sac fly. Final line 6.1 IP | 2ER | 4H | 1BB | 1K
  22. Wichrowski surrendered a homer and it’s 1-1 after 3 innings. Murray is 2-2 so far
  23. Murray keeps producing with a RBI double in the first inning scoring Lara. 1-0 Shuckers. Murray’s OPS continues to hover above .900- just an amazing year he’s having
  24. Hogg: 3 of the 4 top highest whiff totals from a rookie pitcher in a single game this year belong to the Brewers. And each game is from a different pitcher. Jacob Misiorowski's 21 whiffs tonight tie the most by a rookie hurler this year. Logan Henderson's 20 are next. Then Chad Patrick's 19.
