  1. With all the injuries we have seen the Brewers have had with their pitching staff this year, under no circumstances would I trade Milner or for that matter any of their primary pitchers unless they get a fantastic starting pitcher in return. I doubt any team would give a return worth it unless they were incredibly desperate.
  2. Most of Willy’s are exactly like today’s game unfortunately😫
  3. With the performance of the bullpen of late, it just might make sense to move Hall to bullpen duty. Historically, he has pitched much better out there and so far has been a disappointment starting. I know that SP has been a major weakness this year, but there is no point trying to fit a round peg into a square hole.
  4. Tom tore his pectoral muscle during the off-season while bench pressing and had surgery about a month ago. Recovery time is estimated 8-12 weeks and should be back by mid-August.
  5. Brewer hitting reaps what Murphy sows. What would anybody expect.
  6. I sure hope this decision doesn’t come back to bite the Brewers. Hopefully he can keep up his confidence and not set him back a couple of seasons. It seems like they rushed him to maintain fan interest when they decided that they would lose Burnes and Woodruff in 2024.
  7. Or is it the Brewers are the AAA team?
  8. When I saw monasterio leading off tonight I knew we had to beat the Marlins AND Murphy. What a dope.
  9. This team just can’t get out of its’ own way! It just gets tired.
  10. More likely they trade Williams as he’ll be a FA in ‘26.
  11. Verlander appears to be on his game tonight, so does Wilson.
  12. A very simple question that is easy to answer. There has been at least 5 situations where he left a struggling starter in longer than he should have which blew up on him. Or several times selecting a relief pitcher that was a mistake (just like last night picking Viera who gave up 4 runs in a critical situation he never should never have been in and choosing Payamps in the 9th who gave up a critical run, although less a problem, but he had better options available).
  13. Pulling starters early or leaving them in too long?
  14. So are you saying most credit of this success should go to Murphy’s decision making abilities and strategy rather than player performance? What about Arnold’s player acquisition? Hmmm not too clear!
  15. He is horrible managing his pitching staff, both starters and bullpen. He seems to not have a clue when to play a hot hand (Dunn vs. Ortiz is one of many examples) he is not consistent in his decision's, always select veteran players over the need to develop youngsters which seems to be in direct opposition to the GM…
  16. I really hope this is Murphy’s only season managing the Brewers.
  17. Sequencing hits is the name of the game, otherwise this is what you get.
  18. What do people think the future holds for Frelick?
  19. All we needed was yelich’s return. W!
