    Why. The Brewers and the D-Backs are comparable teams. Neither is head or shoulders better than the other. Vegas has this series 50/50 with the Brewers at home all 3 (or 2) games.

    Are you kidding me. All we need is a lame pitcher on the injured list for another 4-5 months. Why don’t we just sign Teddy Higuera, he’s probably much cheaper.

    Who? I’m sure Counsell stays up all night because he never won the award. Every year he goes to,Spring Training hoping this will be the year he wins the MOY award. It’s MLB intention just to give something for people to talk about during the off-season, nothing more. He is honored by his paycheck and winning, not by a bunch of baseball writers who know little to nothing about a manager’s job and what takes to win baseball games.

    Who cares if Counsell wins the MOY award, it is meaningless. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t really care either. This award is there for the fans interest to talk (complain) about and the BBWAA for their own ego and popularity. Let’s’ face it, there were no Manager of the Year before 1983.
